Service Dept I had service work done on my Camry that I purchased on Kijiji. I was given a quote which was much less than big city dealers for the same work. I scheduled the work to be done and brought my car in. The Service Manager was very helpful. When I went to pick up my car the next day, the bill was different than the quote. They had mis-quoted me on some work done. This dealer showed integrety and honored their quote as given to me. I had also purchased a used vehicle from them several years ago. I will definitely give them more of my business now because of the honesty shown me. More

I didn't notice it until a few months after purchasing. They were unwilling to renegotiate or compensate for this afterwards. They could care less since my funds had long since cleared the bank. Unprofessional, unethical, and deceptive. They would have had first hand knowledge of it when listing the vehicle because the sticker was adjacent to other relevant data like serial number, etc. which would have been logged into their database. The products have been excellent but, the dealers leave much to be desired. Then we came to Toyota City Wetaskiwin (Alberta). The immediate difference was very noticeable. The staff (Jacob Smith in sales and Herb Wilmot in finance) were excellent. They actually enjoy their work and it shows in their customer service. We could not have asked for any better---Jeff Skakun has a great staff. Thank you Toyota City!! More
