This is a follow up to my (very positive) review. The after sales service has been terrible. Two weeks after getting the vehicle home, we asked for seat belt extensions (to assist my wife with the kids car seats)... No less than 10 phone calls later, and many promises, not to mention FIVE months, we still do not have them. Not one phone call was returned by Joe. At one point, we were told that they were in, my wife phone and let him know that she was coming the 1.5 hr drive (on a Saturday), and was told that everything was ready. She got there, only to be told that the service department was closed. Supposedly mailed out the following Monday, and over three weeks later, we have nothing. Returning a phone call and following through on a commitment might not have gotten you a commission, but it would have procured lifelong customers. So disappointed... Joe started so well, but his customer service just fizzled. Huge failure.
