BUYER BEWARE I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it has been a month long nightmare from xxxx, that ended with me returning the vehicle, the dealership acknowledged they sold me a dud(saying the and it has been a month long nightmare from xxxx, that ended with me returning the vehicle, the dealership acknowledged they sold me a dud(saying they will use it as a loaner and not try to resell) and they still had the audacity to charge me for a week long rental for this vehicle that should not have passed safety. Scammers and crooks. Let's start at the beginning. After purchasing what we thought was a great vehicle at a great price, with safety. We had to wait a week to get our vehicle because the engine light was on and they were going to fix it. We thought great, we didn't mind waiting to get a good vehicle. Picked it up when it was ready and drove home, the engine light came back on. Spoke to dealership and they were willing to help, brought it back which cost us Gas money and they tried to fix once more. Driving home from dealership for second time the engine light turned on again, we thought xxx, called dealership and tried to get it fixed Again, thinking this will be the last time we try. Got the vehicle back, They said they fixed the 3rd party sensors they had originally put in and changed the parts to genuine parts, they also fixed a leak behind the sensor and changed the catalytic convertor(Here I am wondering why this wasn't already done during safety and why it passed safety with all these problems) but we thought whatever they fixed it and did this extra work, great. Until the engine light came on for the 4th time! Not only that but we also discovered that the vehicle they sold us was leaking oil like crazy, we now have oil stains all over our driveway that we need to have serviced and cleaned as our landlord is requesting for it to be done. Another xxx, HOW was this vehicle even safety with all this. I went to the dealership last Monday, looking to return this vehicle or try to get another vehicle from them without all these issues. The sales manager advised me To give them a day to see if there was another vehicle in our price range, I explained to the sales manager that the following day would be the only day I could return it and I will be working 12 hours the next 4 days after that and will not be able to return the vehicle until the following Monday. The sales manager said it was fine, said it doesn't matter if we exceed our 30 days warranty or the 1000KM. Then the sales manager called and could not get us a resolution by the day he had said and even signed on our contract, instead they asked for an additional day to find us another vehicle. The next day when I started my 12 hour shifts and would not be able to return the vehicle, they called my husband and advised they could not find us another and that they will need to charge us for rental since we can not return it right away. The worst part is I had even told the sales manager that I could give him a week to look for another vehicle since I would not be able to return it right away but he said, "no no, we will get you a resolution by tomorrow". I now understand it was so he could charge us for the rental. They stole 350$ from us and we took the rest of our money and went else where. DO NOT SHOP HERE. More
