The cars are very clean, have low km and are usually stocked with the best options the manufacturer offers. It's like these guys get to cherry pick the best cars for their dealership. (Is there anything worse then viewing other car dealers online and there's already xxxx and mud all over the floor mats? If you don't take pride in the product you show me , then quite frankly I don't wanna do business with you.) 2) For those of you that enjoy the warm and fuzziness of good customer service, then you will like the way your treated from the minute you walk through the door. No pressure selling just a warm family atmosphere that allows you to take a look at all the fancy toys they carry. The price of my car was lower than most in the same price point and what he offered me on my trade was much higher than any other dealer I had previously gone to. The entire process was smooth and professional and I drove away in my shiny new Beamer within a couple of days. When I first called in regarding selling my truck I had no intention of buying a used car. After meeting with Rudik and seeing their collection and the condition of the cars they have it became.apparent I no intention of buying a used car. However it wasn't a manual, which I was really hoping for. A few days had passed and Rudik had messaged me as soon as they got a manual drive Audi that was in immaculate condition and told me he would help me with the trade in price of the truck as best as he could. He was extremely persuasive when dealing with the wholesaler to get me top dollar for me truck and helping me get the best possible price on the Audi. After all was said and done I was pleased with the results. I didn't feel cheated or scammed and left smiling as I drove off in my sweet newish car saving tens of thousands over new.. I was looking for 2-3 year old pre-owned MB S450 and was waiting for car to match all my criteria. I spent few months on the market to find one and have been to this dealership for few times before I finall waiting for car to match all my criteria. So, I saw the car and decided I want it... I did the inspection on the car and they did safety/emission and financing. No issues. Everything as just promised. A+ pros This dealership has nice cars at quite fair market price. No pressure when purchasing. Nice office and showroom. cons To many cars in showroom. Not that many empty space, but not big deal. Don't hesitate to ask the car to be brought to the middle of the showroom - you deserve it ;) More
