Brought my f150 in for sunroof repair, was told the guides covered under the TSB were the problem, thornecrest claimed to fix that part but yet was still unable to use the sunroof due to further damage guides covered under the TSB were the problem, thornecrest claimed to fix that part but yet was still unable to use the sunroof due to further damage. Brought it to my original purchasing dealer and they said they replaced the same exact part and now it works perfectly… thornecrest didn’t know I had warranty but my original dealer ship did.. funny how that works out when the thornecrest claims I need to pay $3000 for a full repair of my sunroof. P.S wrote very similar review on google and it’s funny how all of a sudden their staff tries to reach out afterwards rather when my truck is at the dealership and it’s impossible to reach anybody over the phone. Bought my 2022 Mustang GT at Thorncrest and dropped it off for its first oil change. Vijay Chaddah the Service Advisor booked an appointment for the car for 9:00 am. When I arrived he explained all the details of the oil change. At 10:00 am he called me and explained that the tech did not find any issues with the car and the oil/filter was changed. Vijay said 9:00 am and they took the car at 9:00 am. Vijay was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He knows his job and is good at it. The Tech Josh who changed the oil/filter went the extra mile and checked all my under the hood fluids. The engine bay of the car was left nice and clean. Josh is a hard worker and very interested in his work. Please thank Vijay and Josh for me. I will return because of these two people. Richard Wilkie More
