They have done oil change and tire rotation eight times for me ,since I have purchased my F150.However, the very last time they told me that I need a new battery, log nuts and cabin filter. I asked them if for me ,since I have purchased my F150.However, the very last time they told me that I need a new battery, log nuts and cabin filter. I asked them if they have inspected the cabin filter, they responded yes. However, if they had inspected it, they would have seen that I really did not need one as it was recently replaced. I checked my battery voltage, and it was at 12.6 Volts, which means it is OK, as it even started at minus 30 degrees. when I brought that to their attention, they claimed that the cold cranking amp's might have been low, which is BS. Because if it was too low, the car would not start at minus 30 degrees. As for the lug nuts, they claimed that they were swollen. Hence, they did not rotate the tires, but charged me for it. Anyway, I managed to get a refund for the work they had not done . But, the aggravation and the waste of time remains. More
