Winter tire install. Took advantage of storage as well. Minutes after there was a call stating I required a brake service and transfer case fluid change. These were all completed less than 3 months ago ... by same dealership. Also stating they had damaged/broken one of the lugs. another 40 bucks. I appreciate normal wear and tear yet only persons who have installed or removed lug nuts is Thor motors. This was 3rd attempt for upsell in last three service visits. Spring install (since tires are there) will be very last visit to this dealership. More

20 Years ago I purchased a 2003 from Thor. I was very happy with my van. I have moved away now own a 2014 Lincoln MXT and because Thor is not a Lincoln dealer unfortunately I had to purchas I was very happy with my van. I called Monday morning to Thor Service Centre, and by Tuesday afternoon I picked up my fully repaired car. Thank you Thor for fitting me and and sending me on my way home.
