EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I gave the sales person both a dealbreaker list and a wishlist. She was able to fulfill the items that I wanted in the model I preferred. Everyone in the dealership office was happy and smiling. We were offered coffee and donuts. They were attentive to our child and made him laugh. The financing was easy and painless. Good product, good staff I got a vehicle that I wanted from a very friendly knowledgeable staff. BUT.......There were a little errors on their part in a few areas of the deal I got a vehicle that I wanted from a very friendly knowledgeable staff. BUT.......There were a little errors on their part in a few areas of the dealings. 1) After I bought the vehicle, I got a phone call asking how I liked the service and what could they have done to make me their customer. The person calling did not know that I had just bought a truck. 2) When doing the paperwork, the finance officer put the wrong financing option on the contract and had to re-do the contract. 3) When I spun the wheel to see what I won (only a jug of windshield washer) it was to be in the truck when I picked it up the next day, and it was not. Paid deposit, signed papers, they sold to next person! We put a deposit on a vehicle and they turned around and sold to the people who had it out for a test drive as we were leaving! Called and tried to sa We put a deposit on a vehicle and they turned around and sold to the people who had it out for a test drive as we were leaving! Called and tried to say that they made a mistake and that it had already been sold, when we called them on it, because we knew someone else had it out for a test drive when we left, after we had put the deposit and signed papers, they finally admitted that we put deposit and signed papers first. They hadn't given us a signed copy of the paperwork, only visa receipt, and when we were back in the dealership they weren't going to give us a copy unless we signed another paper . Finally I just took the copy of the paperwork without signing the other one. Obviously this was a terrible experience and what made it worse was being lied to throughout and dealing with a business that is ruthless. Clearly about their bottom line, we had negotiated a good deal on the used vehicle and pretty likely the next buyers offered more so they didn't honour our signed purchase agreement with deposit. Used car manager Doug was so arrogant and rude. Kept back peddling when caught in lies. Just wanted us to go away. More
