Surrey Honda give customer information to an outside company who have sales people call wanting to buy your car. I had called questioning them about this practice and they admitted this to be true and company who have sales people call wanting to buy your car. Have contacted Surrey Honda twice in the last week to complain however no one has called back. Have bought 2 cars from them and will not buy another as I don’t like the fact that they give customer info to an outside company. Feel the overall service has gone down hill since Open Road has taken over. More

Had a noise issue with my 2019 Ridgeline and brought it in for diagnosis. Chris was a game changer from other service departments I have dealt with. Efficient, knowledgable and easy to deal with. After the problem was identified he provided me with options to accommodate my schedule and budget. Was there a large bill? Yes , but parts and labor are never cheap. Bought a used 2009 Ridgeline had to come from Kelowna vehicle was exactly the way LaL in sales said it would be.We we’re looking for a new Crv at the same time and we mentioned this to LaL and he just ga vehicle was exactly the way LaL in sales said it would be.We we’re looking for a new Crv at the same time and we mentioned this to LaL and he just gave us the keys to a Crv demo. Since 2010 I have bought 5 different vehicles from them and traded in 4 vehicles to upgrade! I only deal with one salesman Romell who works hard to make a deal for us getting the best prices, rates and tra and traded in 4 vehicles to upgrade! In the past 12 years I only had issues with one vehicle and I felt Honda let me down. It was the 2016 Civic EX. Too many issues with the sensors failing or going into trouble so I got rid of it 18 months after buying it new! This dealership gave me a good trade in value and $2000 off the 2017 CRV EX so we were very happy! The service dept is always busy. Cost for service is high so I use a local shop for maintenance needs and anything warranty related I will go the dealer. The finance dept is often busy as well working deals for many customers at the same time but are friendly and helpful! In 2017 they found an error they made in the financing papers and contacted me asap to sign docs so that told me they are honest! I give this dealership a 4 out of 5 for customer service and a 7 out of 5 on the products they sale. In my mind Honda CRV’s have no competition! I have been looking for anther SUV the last few weeks and no other manufacture comes close to the reliably, styling or performance of Honda in this class… More

So last week a lady (Taran) from Surrey Honda (Fraser Hwy branch) called me saying we are interested in your 2017 Honda Civic car and people are interested in buying it. She said you can trade it in and we will delete all your remaining lease payments and we will trade you with a brand new 2022 Honda Civic EX model. I asked her so I don’t have to make any payments of the new Honda Civic 2022 car. She said no. I thought to myself this is too good to be true. I asked her so what is the CATCH? She said there is no CATCH. The reason why we are doing this is because there is a shortage of used cars, people want to buy your type of car and we are desperate of getting your car back. She then she said I only need 15 minutes of your time. I said this is very interesting and said sure we can meet this Saturday at 1:30pm. I then came with my family (wife and 2 young kids) and she sat us down. There was 4 of us there and she asked us if we want anything to drink. I said water would be ok..she left and then I saw her busy with another appointment / customer and she passed us on to another sales person named Tony. This guy seemed new as he didn’t know the colour between a light blue to a silver Honda Civic. Approximately 30 minutes later she then brought 2 waters but there was 4 of us. Then Tony checked my car and then showed me the new car..Then after sometime he came back to me and told me you can trade in your car but we can give you a new 5 year Term and you pay $350 per month. I said What! I was told I don’t have to pay anything. I then talked to Taran and she was changing her words of what she told me on the phone. Instead of 15 minutes I was there for approx 1 hour and half. I am so disappointed on how this went down. I felt like Taran baited me, used me, wasted my precious time/ Saturday just to try to get me there and get me in a 5 year term. Is this how Surrey Honda does business? I felt very unsatisfied, used and felt took advantage of after this whole experience. I never called Surrey Honda looking for an upgrade with a new 5 year term…So why did Taran try to bait me? Something has to change! More
