Purchased a 2011 Toyota Corolla used, and the experience was so pleasant and so easy that I felt this review needed to get out as soon as I returned home. I will also review on dealer-rater! The whole process took less than a week, from the start where me and the family had to find a car where it fit the budget and where just in time for University, my sister can drive. I've dealt with Ryian G. from previous dealerships where I had successfully purchased two vehicles already, this being the third experience. Thankfully, Ryian moved into Sundance Mazda to sell my sister an affordable and most reliable vehicle. Although, we weren't able to purchase a Mazda at this time, Ryian definitely never failed to suggest another brand of vehicle that the dealership had to sell eventually. My high expectations of Ryian are again correct and I stand impressed with how Ryian showed patience and care to myself and family. We highly recommend Ryian as your sales expert on vehicles. You need someone with knowledge in Mazda's and of course its competitions, Ryian experiences in all of it - and of course Ryian owned a Mazda himself for the longest time, so it goes without saying. I would also like to brag and praise about how well I was treated with finance at Sundance Mazda. By names of Jeff, Director of Finance and Christine, Business Manager. Jeff is definitely a man of his word, who gets things done as soonest as possible. Jeff had to sit with me at first to suggest a brand new vehicle to up my term as I was only primarily concerned about my bi-weekly payments, however with a lot of work on Jeffs part to work with the approval process of the banks, Jeff knew what to say and decreased my interest rate and approved me on a term that was satisfying and most affordable. After this experience, I will always recommend and suggest old and new car-buyers to this family operated and well-functioning dealership. Sundance Mazda earned my loyalty and respect. Know your Roadside Assistance policy Having Roadside Assistance is a bonus till you need it, and then you find out the details of it. Her 2014 Mazda CX-5 left a family of 4 stranded in Hi Having Roadside Assistance is a bonus till you need it, and then you find out the details of it. Her 2014 Mazda CX-5 left a family of 4 stranded in Hinton, Alberta with a tow bill of $560.70 cause they only cover 100 kilometers to the nearest dealership which was 280 km away at Sundance Mazda in Edmonton. To then get told by Roadside Assistance that we had to find are own way home from Hinton because the tow truck can only take 2 people. In total Roadside only covers you to a total of $300.00......Thanks to Sundance Mazda and the manager though for fixing her car before we even woke up and for talking to Mazda Canada on are behalf to refund the tow bill. (that's why I gave them 5 stars). However, her car was purchased at Park Mazda in Sherwood Park and we were told that Roadside was unlimited to the nearest dealership which of course was not the case! All I know is it was a lot of headache, so when something lights up on the dashboard, and it won't start, don't waste your time figuring it out cause when the tow truck driver got it started the car would not go into drive anyway as a safety feature. Tow truck people thought it was the battery, then a key fob battery, ran to Walmart in Hinton to buy and change battery etc...wasted hours, just tow it. . More

Peace of Mind Inpection Brought in a 2005 Mazda 6 for a peace of mind inspection. Sale of car was dependant on this inspection. Inspection report came back and car was pur Brought in a 2005 Mazda 6 for a peace of mind inspection. Sale of car was dependant on this inspection. Inspection report came back and car was purchase as a private sale for a 17 year old boy. Re-inpected car once I got it home and found that the air filter was not even installed and even if it had been it was completely plugged off and would not have allowed any air through. Suppect car had been driven without air filter for who knows how long as engine is burning oil as seen by the cloud of smoke behind it. Had this simple check been noted in the inspection I would not have purchased this vehicle. Do not trust this dealer for inpections as this particular "mechanic" who did this inspection is a complete LIAR. At least the service manager was decently in refunding the cost of the inspection but offered nothing else. More
