I received the worst car maintenance service from this Subaru Brampton. The service advisor promised me he would send someone to drive me back to his shop to pick up my car. That did not happen. He did no Subaru Brampton. The service advisor promised me he would send someone to drive me back to his shop to pick up my car. That did not happen. He did not even let me know if my shuttle service was cancelled. When I picked up my car I was asked if I had just an oil change?, even I was charged and paid more than $700. I received no report if my car would need any attention. He did not tell me my light signals were out. I had to have my car done at another shop only a few days after. Anil, the service manager did not care to reply to my call either. More
Since my review won't show up on google, here it is. TLDR: Overall it was a bad experience. Poor customer service, pushy sales tactics and awful communication, but hey at least I got the car ¯\_( is. TLDR: Overall it was a bad experience. Poor customer service, pushy sales tactics and awful communication, but hey at least I got the car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Wish I could say my experience lined up with all the good reviews on here, but that was sadly not the case. I booked an appointment with Baba for 2PM on a Saturday to look at a used car that I was interested in. The day I was supposed to look at the car, I get a call from Baba asking me to come in earlier as he double booked, even though he confirmed 2PM was okay when I initially called, not the best sign of things to come, but as I lived far away I ended up showing up during the time I originally scheduled only to have to wait an additional 30 minutes to be able to look at the car. Understandable I suppose. I decided after test driving it I wanted to purchase the vehicle, I had no complaints about the price and wanted to move ahead with the deal. Baba offered next to no information as we were going through the process unless I stopped to ask questions along the way. After going through this process I was ushered into the finance office with Azad. What an utterly laughable experience this was, I understand that you guys tend to upsell all the extra warranties and services you have available, but I don't appreciate condescending back talk and ridiculing my decisions for not going ahead with said extras. Trying to make me feel stupid for not "protecting" myself is not a good sales tactic chief, if it wasn't for the fact that the car I was looking for was hard to come by I would have walked at this point in the sale because the attitude was rude and unwarranted. After wrapping up the initial paperwork I was told to expect an email on Monday confirming all my financing details and that they would let me know if I got approved for financing. Okay great! Monday comes and nothing so I call Baba only to be told that Azad is busy and that he would get back to me later. Only he didn't get back to me and I had to call back myself. Financing was approved and all is well despite the poor communication. I sent an email with my insurance and let them know when I'd like to pickup the vehicle only to receive a follow up email from Baba simply stating "Received, Thanks" I had a few questions in my email I wanted to have addressed and yet I couldn't get anything other than a 2 word response? Fantastic. I follow up by email again the day before my pickup to confirm that my pickup time is still good to go and my response is just as short as the first and followed up with another email a few minutes later reminding me to bring in my void cheque. Now on the website they state that all vehicles purchased will come with a full interior/exterior cleaning. So imagine my surprise when I show up to find my car out front completely covered in dirt and looking worse then when I test drove the car to begin with. Baba was again with another customer so I was stuck waiting for about 20 minutes until another financing manager came to see me and complete the rest of the paperwork in the meantime. I opted to talk to the manager after my lukewarm experience and to see if anything could be done about the car still being dirty despite me arranging my pickup well in advanced, instead I received explanations as to why my car is currently in the state it's in which is due to a processing plant nearby that blows dirt onto their lot, which is fine and all, but it looked like the car was out on the lot for days in order to accumulate that much dirt. The icing on the cake was when I was asked to take a picture with the car and to leave a good review on google. After such a mediocre experience how tone deaf can you be? It was obvious I was unhappy and just wanted to get the car and get out of there and yet no one could offer me any form of apology or decent customer service so that we could just move on amicably. Either way I would not recommend Subaru Brampton to anyone and I will definitely not be returning here for anything in the future. Good riddance :) More

Under no circumstances should anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership or deal with their service department. They are beyond dishonest. They have not honored the warranty even when confronted with all this dealership or deal with their service department. They are beyond dishonest. They have not honored the warranty even when confronted with all the documentation that shows we have complied with Subaru's maintenance schedule. And that is just part of the story. It is a dealership like this one that gives car salespeople and mechanics a bad name. Fortunately, I have a number of very honest mechanic friends who are disgusted by what has gone on in the service department and can assist me in dealing with fraudulent practices such as theirs. Due to this dealership, I will never buy a Subaru again. I will spend the rest of my life telling everyone that listens to never buy a Subaru. More

Buying a new Subaru Forester at Brampton Subaru was one of the worst experiences of my life. Everything was going well, I brought in my trade in, we signed the papers, I paid for the new car and the plate of the worst experiences of my life. Everything was going well, I brought in my trade in, we signed the papers, I paid for the new car and the plates from my trade in were put on the new vehicle. Then they said-your trade in has snow tires. I said “and?” Babajide the salesman said-we need summer tires. I said-I have summer tires on rims at home that I am going to give to my son. If you want to switch, I will take the snow tires and rims, and you can switch them for the summer tires on rims that I have at home. I don’t know what the salesman told the manager, Khaig Luu, but while sitting in the new car and about to leave the lot, the manager, Khaig Luu came out and said they wanted both sets of wheels and rims. (I paid over $1200 for the summer Michelins and rims when I bought them.) I said: “what are you talking about?” He said if he didn’t get the set of Michelins and rims, the deal was off and instructed the salesman to get a screw driver to take off the licence plates from the new vehicle. I was dumbfounded. I had the ownership for the new vehicle in my wallet. When I saw the salesman coming with a power screwdriver to take off the plates, I relented and said he could have the tires and rims. The manager, Khaig Luu made me sign that I would give them the tires and rims. Unbelievable. I signed his note with my own note stating “SIGNED UNDER DURRESS” I have no problem with the Subaru Forester, but I would never buy a vehicle from any location where I found this manager, Khaig Luu was an employee.
