Horrible pressure tactics demanding that you have ridiculous and costly inspections or your warranty will not be respected. We were almost killed on the highway when all four tires lost air and one fell off the rim. No apologies when I contacted them after the incident, instead they tried to sell me four new tires and rims. Deplorable service. More

cheating , never repaired what was needed and charged $900 I brought my subaru to this dealer and the electronic system was checked twice ,and everything was normal according to Subaru outaouais , but t $900 I brought my subaru to this dealer and the electronic system was checked twice ,and everything was normal according to Subaru outaouais , but the reason I brought my car in was because the engine light was red and blinking , the cruze control had stopped fonctionning , and so when I locked my car the engine light blinked and drained my battery , I needed to be towed twice because of this problem . My turning lights also blinked very fast . I am not a mechanic , but I know this was an electronic problem . They put in a new battery (I was told by a previous mechanic that my battery was excellent ) they also did a wheel aligment which was not necessary in the winter , because of all the pot holes everywhere . i am back in Canada after many years and was alone and I am a female and I was grossly taken advantage of . I wrote to the Ottaoais president and complain ,without receving an answer . I will pursue my complains to a higher level ..I still have the problem , i will never trust this place again , More

Changement d'huile et retour apres deux mois pour haut niveau d'huile 1 1/4" au dessus du niveau "HAUT" . inacceptable . Started as a Subaru fan. .. But after 3 short block (engine) changes due to excessive oil consumption, and a fair number of other issues along the way, I can confirm that I am .. But after 3 short block (engine) changes due to excessive oil consumption, and a fair number of other issues along the way, I can confirm that I am done with Subaru Outaouais. And Subaru as a whole for that matter. Subaru Outaouais' after sale services (i.e. repair and maintenance) is straight up dishonest and totally lack transparency. Whether it was an honest mistake or an attempt to falsify future oil consumption results for my case; the Quality Control Director at Subaru Outaouais preferred lie to me rather than admitting that they had over filled the oil by almost 2 litters! TWICE! --- J'ai débuté en tant que fan de Subaru... Mais après 3 changements de short-bloc (moteur) dus à une consommation d'huile excessive et ainsi qu’un lot de problèmes en cours de route, je peux confirmer que j'en ai fini avec Subaru Outaouais. Et Subaru dans son ensemble d'ailleurs. Le service après-vente de Subaru Outaouais (c'est-à-dire la réparation et l'entretien) est carrément malhonnête et manque totalement de transparence. Qu'il s'agisse d'une erreur de bonne foi ou d'une tentative de falsification des futurs résultats de consommation d'huile pour mon cas ; le directeur du contrôle de la qualité chez Subaru Outaouais a préféré me mentir plutôt que d'admettre qu'ils avaient fait un trop plein d'huile de près de 2 litres!
