Six mois auparavant j'ai amené ma Subaru Forester 2020 premium pour une maintenance de routine. Mon auto faisait un bruit sourd comme si quelque chose allait briser. Ils n'ont pas retourné mes appels téléphoniques. J'y suis retourné deux heures plus tard. Après vérification ils ont trouvé le problème. Ils m'ont dit désolé c'est de notre faute on a oublié des serrer des écrous, mais vous n'étiez pas en danger. Ils n'en définitivement pas été transparent ils n'ont pas voulu me dire quels écrous. Il y a deux semaines j'y suis retourné pour refaire un autre entretien de routine pour mon auto. Cette fois-ci, ils ont désactivé le RAB, une fonctionnalité de sécurité majeure . Je sais comment le réactiver, mais Cayne fonctionne plus, on ne le vois même plus dans les conditions. J'essaie de les rejoindre par téléphone et comme d'habitude ils ne retournent pas à mes appels. Il faudrait que je conduise in 20km pour y retourner à ce garage. Avec tout ce qui se passe, j'ai maintenant des doutes que ce garage fait la maintenance de mon auto, comme certains garage qui trichent. The quality of service at this garage is a disaster. Six months ago, I brought my 2020 Subaru Forester Premium in for routine maintenance. My car was making a loud noise as if something was about to break. They didn't return my phone calls, so I went back two hours later. After checking, they found the problem. They said, "Sorry, it's our fault. We forgot to tighten some nuts, but you were not in danger." They were definitely not transparent and didn't want to tell me which nuts. Two weeks ago, I went back for another routine maintenance for my car. This time, they disabled the RAB, a major safety feature. I know how to reactivate it, but it doesn't work anymore, it's not even visible in the conditions. I've been trying to reach them by phone, and as usual, they don't return my calls. I would have to drive 20km to go back to this garage. With everything that's happening, I now have doubts that this garage is doing the maintenance on my car, like some garages that cheat. More

Called Subaru Sources on June 8th and spoke with their service department. I was quoted up to two hours labour at $140 an hour just to have a rear wheel bearing checked under factory warranty on my 2020 I service department. I was quoted up to two hours labour at $140 an hour just to have a rear wheel bearing checked under factory warranty on my 2020 Impreza. Will be cancelling my appointment. Called another Subaru dealership and was told it would take no more than 20 minutes to do a quick test drive and hoist up the vehicle and identify the issue. After seeing 136 other one star negative Google reviews and a 3.8 dealer rating It all made sense. I also left a detailed voice message with their service manager, Rene Racine expressing my concerns. As of 1pm today, a day after leaving the service manager a vm, absalutelly no response from him or anyone at this dealership. Shame on you Subaru Sources. More

I appreciate the time, advice, attention to detail and care that everyone extended to me throughout the entire process and I do see myself with Subaru for years to come. Several members of my family own or lease a Subaru and they all say the same thing. We are a big family driving several models in the line up from the Outback to the Forester to the Impreza. For me, it was easy to make the decision. I chose the Subaru Ascent Onyx and I could not be happier with it. My kids are happy too! They all have their own space! We are comfortable, safe and enjoying our road trips which we love to do! Thank you Subaru Des Sources. You. Are. Amazing. More
Worst service I have ever had in all my life. I purchased a brand new outback and have had trouble with it from day one. Starting from the top, the service manager and his team have a huge problem. They do not listen to the clients needs. Avoid going to this dealer at all cost, you will be wasting your time and money. If the car is still under warranty, they will brush you off until the warranty is over. More
