I am so humiliated by my experience with Straightline KIA. After 5 days of being under the empression by the salesperson that I would be approved for a 2020 vehicle, This dealership spent an afternoon trying t After 5 days of being under the empression by the salesperson that I would be approved for a 2020 vehicle, This dealership spent an afternoon trying to whittle me down to a 5 year old vehicle with dents, scrapes, and rusty looking tire rims, with no heater block, no back camera, no spare tire and filthy interior AND the carfax showed it has been in an accident! Those guys had the contract for this crappy vehicle right at the edge of the desk with one signature on it already for me to sign (high pressure)!! I ended up leaving in tears, was so humiliated, embarrassed that this all transpired in front of whole staff. I gave them my credit story and what I wanted for a monthly payment at the beginning, made it clear!! It took them over 5 days to admit they could not assist me, a complete waste of time. So very disappointed. More

Contrary to what I had previously read about Kia dealerships, I had only experienced easy and pleasant smiles from all employees that I had encountered and absolutely no pressure to buy. Danny (salesperson) is a very pleasant person who seems to enjoy his job and his products. Rather than pressuring me to buy, his personality influences you to want to buy from him. Knowing that I was pricing a stinger gt2 at multiple dealerships, he never placed any pressure on me. His sales manager - Ric and finance- Thomas, were both very personable with quick sincere smiles. Neither one applied any pressure for the sale. The sale itself went smoothly with very little time lost. My only qualm is in regards to the pre-installed on inventory AB environmental package (block heater, N2, locking lug nuts, vin etching). It is a significant sum added to the price, however it seems to be charged by most competitors (brands and dealers). That being said, we were able to negotiate a fair price for the car. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and my experience with this dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks! More

It all started with Cam our salesman and finished up with Darren in the finance department. From the moment we walked in there was no pressure and that's what I like. Cam showed us around asked what we were interested in and at no time deal I feel pressured. Once we made our decision we moved over the financial where we dealt with Darren who was wonderful. After we were approved he contacted me and said he had found us a better rate that would save us some interest. We were thankful that after all was said and done that he though of us and got back in contact with to tell what he had found. Not many company would do that . So what I guess I am saying is they were awesome to deal with. Highly recommended More
