Coming from Fort McMurray, half way to Edmonton my DEF indicator went from half to zero and said 300 km until limp mode. Made it to the dodge dealer and they had me fixed up and on my way within a couple of hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. Spent a couple of hours with Brandon in sales enjoying a cup of coffee on them. Thank you so much for helping a stranded Dodge customer. Les Jack

"Terrible Service All Around"

In July I brought my truck in for 3 recalls. I had booked an appointment over a week in advance and I dropped my vehicle off the day of the appointment before work. Later that morning I got a call saying I did not have an appointment for my truck, but that they would still fit it in anyways asking when I needed it done by. So I told them I needed it back at 3:00pm. I got stuck working late that day and didn’t end up actually going back to pick up my truck until 4:30pm and it had not even moved since that morning. They finally brought it into the shop once I arrived and did the recalls. Driving home from the shop I noticed my traction control light was now on and the cruise control wouldn’t work. So I called them back within 15 minutes of leaving to explain the issues I was having and that these were all new issues the truck did not have before going into the shop. When I called the service lady said the soonest they could get it back in was the weekend and it was Monday at the time. Then she insisted it had nothing to do with anything they had done and in the end hung up on me. At that point I decided I’d had enough and went to Londonderry Dodge instead and they confirmed the light/cruise control issue was from a recall not being completed.

"Amazing service"

I was driving on the highway to an event and a rock literally blew out the passenger window of my truck. I drove it straight to Straightline and they took care of it immediately while making sure I had a replacement vehicle. I wasn't even late for the event. Great team and thanks to Clark, Dan and the service crew for the assistance!

"Oil Change"

I'm not sure you want to hear this, I just came in for an oil change, and by the end of the day, I had made a deal on a brand new Jeep, same colour as my old one, so if family and friends don't ask I wouldn't have to admit that I may had made a mistake. Yes the Jeep is very nice, and because it is just like my old 2015 one (with a few more options, for me to get use to) I felt safe and confident in it. The only thing that I have a fear for is, that I am right back where I was 4 years ago, back in making payments for another 8 years when I was thinking on retiring 2 years from now. You might want to hire me when I do retire. So I guess I am happy in a way, in that it will be newer than my old one when I do decide to retire. I'm kind of nervous about coming in for oil changes (just kidding). Have a good day.

"Service Department "

The service manager at this dealership went out of his way to help me with my company truck. I needed to get back up north to work and he got the job done fast so I could get back to work. "Not impressed "

Front desk did not ask which kind of oil I wanted in my vehicle and assumed conventional. I run semi-synthetic and was disappointed to hear the mechanic used convention Also, they called me saying my vehicle would be ready in 45 mins so I showed up on time. I waited an extra 15 mins with zero communitcayoon between the front desk and mechanic. AND the front desk questioned my need to rotated all five tires of my jeep as I requested, saying they only do front and back.

"Dependable and Trustworthy"

I have been coming to Straightline for servicing of my dodge vehicles for a few years now. They are by far the best service department I have been to. I never have to worry about getting ripped off, and they are very honest about what actually needs to get done and not trying to push all the extras. Brittany and Monica are always so nice and accommodating. If the service is going to take more than a day they always give me a loaner, and not send me through the hassle of a rental car company like other dealerships I've been to. The service department customer service is what lead me to consider a new vehicle from straightline, which I have just purchased. The service department really knows the true meaning of customer service. I live downtown Edmonton but will always make the trek to Fort Saskatchewan for the great value straightline provides.

I came into the dealership after realizing I had a leak in my fuel tank after hitting something on the highway. In 1/2 hour they had found a used fuel tank and had a loaner car set up for myself so I could carry on with my business in Edmonton. Thank you Staightline Chryler !
