I waited an extra 15 mins with zero communitcayoon between the front desk and mechanic. AND the front desk questioned my need to rotated all five tires of my jeep as I requested, saying they only do front and back. More

I never have to worry about getting ripped off, and they are very honest about what actually needs to get done and not trying to push all the extras. Brittany and Monica are always so nice and accommodating. If the service is going to take more than a day they always give me a loaner, and not send me through the hassle of a rental car company like other dealerships I've been to. The service department customer service is what lead me to consider a new vehicle from straightline, which I have just purchased. The service department really knows the true meaning of customer service. I live downtown Edmonton but will always make the trek to Fort Saskatchewan for the great value straightline provides. More
