Bought a brand new Jeep in 2018, even bought the “waste of your money ” (extended warranty)! Paid way too much money for it and with two vehicle trade ins at the time. Yes, my fault for signing the paperwo of your money ” (extended warranty)! Paid way too much money for it and with two vehicle trade ins at the time. Yes, my fault for signing the paperwork. Now, let’s fast forward to Oct 12 2023. Keep in mind my warranty ran out 4 months ago. I’m driving in to Spruce Grove on 16a highway and was completely traumatized by my panoramic sunroof exploding, with no apparent reason! No other vehicles were even around me at all. Called SPC to ask for advice and told to bring it in and they would take care of it. They took care of absolutely nothing for me. No advice, no coverage under warranty of course and not even offering to give me a quote! Complete waste of my time. I will never walk in that dealership again. Buyers beware. They only care about making money off you. Oh and the staff are not professional at all. One of the salesman came up to me outside and gestured toward the hotel and if I would like to join him!!! Disgusting! I only went there for my services because it was part of my package!! Hard lesson learned on my part. Oh, and I’m still waiting to here back from the General Manager. More

Booked an appointment for 1:00 on 8/9/23 for an oil change. Arrived at 12:50 and service girl ran all around me but would not even look my direction to acknowledge me. I watched her come and go almos change. Arrived at 12:50 and service girl ran all around me but would not even look my direction to acknowledge me. I watched her come and go almost frantically helping someone with a Wagoneer whom she seemed to know personally. Eventually a gentleman comes from his office to speak to me and tells me that this girl (who won't look at me or even say something to me like "Hi, I'll be right with you" ) will be right with me, and explains that they are short staffed because people are on holidays. I smile and say no problem and continue to wait, and watch while this girl comes back to her desk, focuses on her monitor and the papers she is printing and will not glance in my direction to even smile or anything. Eventually a new girl comes from the back, spots the first girl just sitting and staring at her monitor, and asks me if I've been helped and I say no, and she shoots a quick look at the first service girl who's been ignoring me confused herself. This new girl begins the transaction, takes my keys, checks the vehicle, gets odometer, and come back to get work order going. We exchange words and I let her know I'll be waiting for my Jeep so she directs me to the waiting area. I sit patiently looking at my Jeep sitting out side and right in front of me for 45 min. Eventually I get up and go back to counter and again, no one is acknowledging me until the same manager guy asks if he can help me. I ask for my keys because it's clear they are too busy and he looks at the girl who wrote up my work order and she tells him my Jeep was just taken in. I look at the window and point to my Jeep still right where I left it, but also pointed out that they just brought in a Wagoneer (watched it though the window), which was the same one the other girl was paying so much attention to. They go back to see where my work order is, grab the keys, have a whisper conversation in the room and come back and hand me my keys just saying sorry. Not "we can pull it in right away" or any effort to fix the situation at all. I walk out saying I wanted to support local but now I'll go to Crosstown where I take my Ram instead. Arrive at Crosstown at 2:10, and drove right in. The service writer advised me that Stony didn't transfer the service agreement to our names like they said they did during our previous oil change...NOT shocking after what I experienced today to be honest. I then questioned how many oil changes I had left on my Service agreement as Stony may have taken one off despite not even doing the work today! Oil change was done and I was headed back home at 2:50. Amazing service at Crosstown! I can't image what time I would have finally gotten out of Stony had I stuck around and continued to wait. I can understand being short staffed due to vacations, but this is something management should be managing ahead of time...not something they should be using as an excuse. I had really wanted to support local because that's important to me, but to be honest Stony Plain Chrysler has now lost all future service/work from me and my Jeep SRT as well as my Dodge Ram 1500, and they have gained a bad review, so hopefully the importance of the Wagoneer customer that was pushed ahead of me was worth it in the end. Bought a brand new 2021 ram rebel 1500 from stony plain Chrysler. After a year had some paint that was flaking off my rock guard. Had to drive almost hour for them to say it was warranty. The service said Chrysler. After a year had some paint that was flaking off my rock guard. Had to drive almost hour for them to say it was warranty. The service said they would get back to me when they can do the warranty work. To the day never heard back from them. I guess they do not stand behind their sales. I would have gave them a minus if I could. Even buying the vehicle was a problem. More
We were sold a brand new Ram with damage on the bumper that was clearly from the cleaning solution that they’re using for cleaning the lights. First response was excellent as they made fairly fast arrange that was clearly from the cleaning solution that they’re using for cleaning the lights. First response was excellent as they made fairly fast arrangements to have it fixed. We took the truck in (overnight) and were told the next day it wasn’t fixed and our bumper was on order. Next the call comes that the bumper is there, so yet again we take the truck in (overnight), the next day they call and said the bumper was damaged. So the call comes the bumper is there so we take the truck in (overnight) and believe it or not they claim that yet again the shipped bumper was damaged. At this point, like anyone would be, we were extremely upset. They tell us they “understand” and in compensation the truck would be filled with gas and detailed. Well the truck just showed up, too dark outside to check the bumper but they were gracious enough to put 1/4 tank of fuel in it and leave it more dirty then when they took it. An absolute disgrace of a business! Once they make their sale, they’re done caring about their customers! Do your self a favour and shop else where More
Just wanted to thank the service department at Stony Plain Chrysler. Several weeks ago, I cleared the settings in the Uconnect radio in my 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T and wound up losing the Vehicle Us Plain Chrysler. Several weeks ago, I cleared the settings in the Uconnect radio in my 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T and wound up losing the Vehicle User Guide (and several other apps). I was in the Stony Plain area at the time and stopped by Stony Plain Chrysler. I went to the service department and talked to the shop foreman (Eddie). He disconnected the negative battery cable on the car to reset the radio. This didn't fix the issue so I talked to a service advisor (Nadine Lindahl) and she was able to get my car into the shop right away. A technician checked the radio - it needed to be reset and reconfigured. Nadine was great to deal with. Even though the shop was fully booked that day, she was able to get a technician to look at my car. The work was covered under warranty and there was no charge. Nadine even called a week later to follow up on the repair, which was great (and totally unexpected). More
Stony plain Chrysler replaced my engine on a 2019 ram 3500 at approximately 7000km they lifted cab off truck to change motor while doing this they failed to guide cab up properly and gauged my rad with t 3500 at approximately 7000km they lifted cab off truck to change motor while doing this they failed to guide cab up properly and gauged my rad with the fan blades the damage to the fins was on the inside of rad at the top of rad as well as the steel top part of rad the fins were bent downwards they refused to pay for it the damage could not have come from the top as there are shrouds/guards that prevent something from coming from top remember the fins were bent downwards precisely what would happen if the rad hit the fan when cab was lifted. $1700 paid to big rock Chrysler Hinton which confirmed the damage was caused by fan blades. Darrel told me to have a good life. Check reviews not the place to go. More
