On Saturday april 11th my boyfriend had our 2017 1500 brought to your dealership for warranty work on the airbag suspension, truck was signed in at your dealership with zero damages by the tow company be brought to your dealership for warranty work on the airbag suspension, truck was signed in at your dealership with zero damages by the tow company besides the airbag issue it was brought there for, fast forward to Monday morning april 13th we received a phone call by A lady named Monica, he answered politely and asked how she was thinking our truck was ready to be picked up and her response was “better then you” and proceeded to tell him our truck had been broken into window smashed out of it door dented at 2 am SUNDAY morning and we had just been told Monday morning at around 930 am, her reasoning was they didn’t have our phone number because she didn’t bother to take it down when we made the appointment, we had gone in to sort this issue out they took zero responsibility but told us $190 for the window replacement at no charge for labour and they would detail it and do the warranty work( bill says 110 for labour $82 for parts) yesterday afternoon we were told the truck was ready to be picked up, when we arrived and looked at our truck there was still glass all in the interior shards of glass stuck in the seats console and roof, dirt everywhere and scratches all over the truck exterior and passenger seatbelt full of glass and not functioning, we had two small children with us waited for 35 minutes and nobody came to speak to us or even attempt to rectify this whatsoever, we have called this morning and nobody will take our calls, this dealership is absolute garbage and if you expect your vehicle to come back without significant damage don’t bring it here. More

I was to have one (1 ) leaking Strut changed and as I look at the invoice I see 2 front struts changed ??Now I do not know why 2 ,but I guess build up sales in the service Dept.??Once screwed over on same car "foolish " Second time boy am I stupid !1 Will not happen again..I am moving onto a more honest dealership in future.This is an irate customer--Used to like Stony Chrysler.Twice is tooooooo much. Took my 2017 larime into get recalls done and some warranty issues. They diagnosed the issues and one was the passive entry and the other was park sense sensor The tech proceeded to dig the eurothane warranty issues. They diagnosed the issues and one was the passive entry and the other was park sense sensor The tech proceeded to dig the eurothane material the sensor is sealed with from the factory rendering the sensor unwarrantable They gave me a quote of 453.96 to replace a park sensor that should have been warentee They charged me 88.94 dollars to make a park aid sensor unwarrantable I've made a apoitment at another dealership to get the passive door entry fixed If they did that to the park assist I don't want them touching my door panel Tryed to contact management They wouldn't return my calls Contacted Chrysler Canada to lodge a complaint and was told its on file and the dealers are independality owned and there's nothing they can do My next step is to take legal action More

Customer Service Matters I want to thank you for the exceptional customer service I received when I brought my truck in to have the AC and tranny looked at. Because of you I want to thank you for the exceptional customer service I received when I brought my truck in to have the AC and tranny looked at. Because of you and your staff, I was armed with the knowledge about how a leak is verified. I want to tell you that I went to the previous dealership who recharged my AC last year with this knowledge and learned that they never even ran dye through my truck to diagnose the problem. They simply recharged my truck and sent me on my way. Because of this, they are now covering the cost of the part and replacement. I know that you have ordered the part for the truck already so I wanted to tell you that you can pass it on to the next person waiting in line. Thank you again for your due diligence. More
