When I bought my used caravan, and found out it had a bad converter and that the extended warranty I purchased didn't cover this, I proposed that they give me what I paid against another van on the lot. I spoke to someone else at the dealership and they were going to talk internally and get back to me. I have heard nothing so i am led to believe, their is a sucker born every day and 2 waiting to take them. And this dealership does just that. I would walk rather than to deal there again. More

Purchased a used 2011 Grand Caravan, with 211000 KHMS. I was told it needed brakes and was fine with that. Two days later check engine light came on, they changer O2 sensors. Still engine light was on they was told it needed brakes and was fine with that. Two days later check engine light came on, they changer O2 sensors. Still engine light was on they now say Catalytic converter and that this wasn't covered by the extended warranty I purchased. I proposed they give me what I paid and I would buy a newer used van. They refused to even talk. Would not deal there again. More

Very unprofessional place when writing deals with permanent marker and not having the whole contact to review before signing and explaining the trade value getting charged GST. I do not recommend coming here at all or buying a Dodge Ram for that matter.... We bought a brand new truck and it has been nothing but problems like incredibly unsafe to sell us a brand new truck that has Ram for that matter.... When a salesperson claims that this is one of the most reliable trucks knowing that my husband uses it for work. First problem was an engine failure ON A BRAND NEW TRUCK!!! Had to get a brand new engine at 67,000 km. How does that even happen?! And now they want us to pay $5000 when we literally just paid $3000 a month ago to get it fixed and countless other times we have had to take it to get fixed. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! They have lied to us saying that the brand new engine has 3 year warranty meaning they would need to pay the $5000 but then we get a call back saying that actually it’s a 2 year warranty just so they can make us dump more money into the most UNSAFE UNRELIABLE vehicle we have ever purchased!!!! Do not step foot into this place because all they care about is $$$. More
