Unorganized chaos This place has terrible work-related communication between coworkers. You provide them with information over the phone and they make you repeat it all This place has terrible work-related communication between coworkers. You provide them with information over the phone and they make you repeat it all once you're there. To make it worse, when they asked me for a phone number I said "it's on file, starts with 905, nothing else has changed." The woman then went on to loudly read my phone number and address out loud for the whole shop to hear- for me, and other women, this is a safety risk! It's my privacy and I expect it to be respected. To make your appointment just the most intolerable experience you can handle, the employees wander within ear shot into small groups to discuss how drunk they're going to get at this year's Christmas party and the stories from their weekend antics. More

Great Experience in Dealing with Collins Nissan Team! I'd had my eye on the new 2016 Nissan Maxima for a few months and when the time came to act I looked no further than Collins Nissan, home of my last s I'd had my eye on the new 2016 Nissan Maxima for a few months and when the time came to act I looked no further than Collins Nissan, home of my last several Nissan car purchases. From the moment I was warmly welcomed into the showroom by Paul Rankin, I felt like my experience was going to be a positive one. Paul expertly walked me through the features of the new Maxima and he was able to work a deal that met my expectations. Christopher VanWiechen and Kelly Watton professionally rounded out the whole positive purchase experience by answering any questions I had on both the finance side of things as well as the car tutorial on day of pick up. I was also impressed with the fact that Tony Garofoli, the dealer principal, took the time to warmly greet me both before and after my purchase. Great touch! I would easily recommend Collins Nissan to anyone looking at a new car purchase. More

Personable I was a GMC CUSTOMER until I was in a personal bind-I went to Derek and he solved the position that I was going thru.He managed to put me in a 2014 Se I was a GMC CUSTOMER until I was in a personal bind-I went to Derek and he solved the position that I was going thru.He managed to put me in a 2014 Sentra car (mid style)never driven car -which I was impressed then after 1 year of paying-I went back and traded in the Sentra for a 2015 DEMO TRUCK-FRONTIER-TOP OF THE LINE WITH ALL THE GADGETS.As a matter of fact I go and pick up the truck- this week-and sure enough Derek had helped me again! 2 vehicles with his knowledge and also he went the extra mile for his at 1 time new customer and a year later a repeat customer!I leave with a BIG SMILE on my face -and Derek gets a sale with a satisfaction feeling from his customer! What more can you ask for! More
