Excellent Service, Moe the salesman actually listened to me I give this dealership a 5/5 due to the great service from the sales department. I had originally went to Myers Dodge and was not taken serious when I give this dealership a 5/5 due to the great service from the sales department. I had originally went to Myers Dodge and was not taken serious when I told the salesman I wanted a top of the line Dodge ram, hemi engine, 6'4" box, crew cab, red or blue in colour, etc. Myers Dodge had told me this vehicle did not exist in Canada anywhere and brushed me off. Southbank Dodge found 4 within a couple of hours that met my specs. This was done over the phone. Once it was confirmed that the trucks were available I went to the dealership and deal with Moe. We went to take a truck for a test drive which was pearl in colour just so I know how they handled. This colour was not on my list but I fell in love with it and a couple of hours later was the owner of a 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie Ltd, fully loaded. MY ADVICE: BUY FROM SOUTHBANK AND STAY AWAY FROM MYERS. Myers thought I was wasting their time and could not afford this truck. No financing was required and the truck was paid for in cash, thus sales lesson 101, never judge a book by its' cover. More

I had previously been to another Valley Dodge/Chrysler dealership and was so frustrated with the numbers game and being pushed into a brand new van instead of the used one I came to see. Brandon answered my questions on the phone and had the van ready for us to see the next day when we came in. He is the most straight forward, no pressure, relaxed salesman I have ever dealt with. Charbel also worked very hard to get us the best possible deal. I'm so happy I made the trip to the city to buy my Chrysler Town and Country, and I will be back to service. More
