A few years ago I had to declare bankruptcy and Paul helped me This was my second time dealing with Paul and Southbank and bot times have been great. A few years ago I had to declare bankruptcy and Paul helped me get a new car at a decent interest rate. This time Paul was able to put me into a Dodge Journey Crossroads at 5.9%. Paul took the time to do all the work himself and didn't just dump me off on another sales person. In my opinion he went far and beyond what a business manager should do and made my experience top notch. I will definitely deal with Paul and Southbank again. More

Friendly, upfront, no bs Southbank was the only dealer who responded with actual useful information when I submitted a quote request from the main Dodge site. The other two dealers responded with fluff and pressure sales. In person, everyone was really friendly. As a passenger, I got to sit in the front seat for the test drive instead of the backseat, like with most other dealers we've dealt with. Kyle McTaggart was our sales consultant and he is friendly and easy-going. We didn't feel pressured to buy off the lot, but they offered us a great deal on a van that came with more features than we needed at the same price as what we had in mind, so we are happy. :) More

Poor Service My vehicle is currently at southbank Dodge for a transmission repair covered under warrenty. I called last week and was told that the part was on back My vehicle is currently at southbank Dodge for a transmission repair covered under warrenty. I called last week and was told that the part was on back order with no ETA on when it will be in. I called back today and was told by someone to not call back, and just wait for a call.They have had my car for almost a month. I understand the part is on back order, but to be told not to inquire about an update and just wait is poor customer service. In this whole process I have completely lost faith in dodge. I've been told that transmissions are rarely an issue in their vehicles, but when I dropped it off for service I was told that there were 4 vehicles in for transmission problems, and the fact that we have been waiting this long on a part to come in has me convinced otherwise, which is why I am going to trade in my car and be done with Dodge. The only decent person I have dealt with there is Dustin, the service adviser. More
