I bought a used car this week from South London Infiniti Nissan and my experience was the best I've ever had, either buying a new or used car! Mariah Castro ( Sales & Leasing ) and Asaad Kadra ( Finance M Nissan and my experience was the best I've ever had, either buying a new or used car! Mariah Castro ( Sales & Leasing ) and Asaad Kadra ( Finance Manager ) were professional, knowledgeable, and have great personalities. They answered all our questions with ease and got right to the point! My husband and I felt that both Mariah and Asaad made the process go very smoothly and it was a pleasure to learn from them,also. I need to add that in general the staff who weren't working with us treated us very well and were very friendly. Nice to see staff that clearly enjoy their jobs and work well together. Neil, was a complete joke! (used car salesman) Caught in at least 2 lies. He is very immature in dealing with customers & has harrassed myself & my wife both with several phone (used car salesman) Caught in at least 2 lies. Complained to manager who took photo of my received text from this person. The next day he calls back my wife and talks over her, She said if you contact us again we will be charging you with harrassment! Then he hangs up & text her a message. Infinity Nissan dealership also were advertising finance price to buy a vehicle but not cash price. (think this is illegal). When you see their sign, you should keep driving! Very non caring place that only thinks of the money they can make! Telling us a car sold then another we wanted also sold. After that calling to say they are available again! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Will be sending formal advertising complaint and sales person complaint with saved ads, text messages & photos to OMVIC London Ontario More

BEWARE OF SLINFINITI BUSINESS PRACTICES Recently I negotiated a deal on a 2022 Used Vehicle for cash. I was told the advertised price of $51,000 was for a Financing Price (at 9.9%) while the cash pric negotiated a deal on a 2022 Used Vehicle for cash. I was told the advertised price of $51,000 was for a Financing Price (at 9.9%) while the cash price was actually much higher at $55,000 as they receive a kickback from Infiniti finance. Secondly they offered me $10,000 for my trade-in which was approx. the Blue Book value, subject to a quick mechanical look-see. After a half hour wait the review disclosed several problems including the need for a new transmission, repainted bumpers, mirrors etc. adding up to over $11,000 but were willing to give me $3,500 as a scrap value on my trade-in. When I got up to leave the salesguy insisted I give him my final offer for him to try and put a deal together. I offered him and we agreed and shook on $46,500 all in including taxes, subject to 8 month financing of $20,000 at 9.9% which cost me an additional $1500. He prepared the paperwork, had me sign and provide a credit card payment. When I met with the financial guy after a further 20 min. wait, I was offered paperwork at $52,500 plus financing for 8 months. When I balked he had to talk to the manager and the sales guy who were busy and gone. I then asked for my refund and ownership and left. The next day I took my car to two different car dealerships and was offered the full trade-in value of $11,000 for my car, with no issues as to the deficiencies set out at Infiniti. In speaking to others about my experience they also confirmed that this was the usual tactic at this dealership......BE VERY CAREFUL. More

They lost my winter tires I JUST purchased for this season 2022-2023. They’re trying to build me some for my Nissan with Infiniti rims and used tires! Not a chance! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU BEHIND PAYING AT LEAST $500 A MONTH EVEN IF YOU PAY DOWNPAYMENT + YOUR CAR'S PRICE. WHILE OTHER DEALERSHIPS CALCULATE AS FOLLOWS: THEIR CAR'S PRICE - YOURS * TAX WHICH IS MORE REASONABLE. i WILL GIVE THEM ONLY 1 STAR AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST, I DON'T MENTION NAMES HERE RESPECTING THE PRIVACY OF EVERYBODY.
