Although I do not have any sense of car mechanics, their certified vehicle and clean car proof documents made me comfortable. The staff seems to be honest and open to questions: answers were satisfactory. Price: this can be subjective. I would not say "cheapest" in town since this always pays price, but more than reasonable I think-I did not bargain further. I would strongly recommend to check followings for those everyone who wants to purchase relatively new vehicles: shop around multiple dealerships, check whether a vehicle is certified-no questions for this, and staff is not hiding anything from your sensitive questions. The issue with my vehicle appeared rather suddenly with the onset of the cold weather, and Silverhill greatly exceeded my expectations when I brought the car in on short notice to be looked at. They were able to take the car in quickly, provide a list of necessary immediate repairs vs. items that could wait (very much appreciated with the economy the way it is!), and were able to offer me a courtesy vehicle for the time my car was in the shop! They also identified an issue with a previous repair and corrected it, no charge- even though that repair was three years ago and therefore not under warranty. They were great to deal with and I will be going back to Silverhill next time! More
