We have been loyal customers of Toyota and were normally used to dealing with Mayfield. This ended a year ago with a bad experience with Mayfield Sales and had us looking for better options. Our friend guided us to Mavy after he had delt with him. Within minutes on our first meeting, he had our boys entertained and had my husband and I enjoying our Tundra experience. We did not make it easy on him and he never grew impatient or angry. Treated us like friends and not random customers. We bought our first Tundra from him last year and picked up our 2014 last week. Safe to say, we will continue buying from Mavy thanks to his excellent service. Thanks again Mavy, we will be back soon! More

When the time came to pick up the truck, I flew straight to Edmonton and Anya was very kind to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. The process from there was very simple and very quick! Anya showed me my new truck, explained some of the features I didn't even know I had! I absolutely love my truck, and the fact that it's one of the first 2014 Standard trucks to role of the lot makes the whole purchase just that much better! I'm really glad everything went so quick, and being able to have the truck registered and on the road with in hours was great! I definitely recommend Anya to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota! I would recommend Anya Dickerson as a salesperson to anyone that I know that may need a vehicle; even know the overall experience wasn't the greatest from the deposit to 1st payment. With everything that happen from 1st truck that I put a deposit on going missing to the wrong payment date and everything in between like the delivery truck breaking down and what not. I really feel that Anya went to battle for me and did the best she could. I would also have to stay that her professionalism went over and beyond as I wasn't the greatest to deal with, with all stress that came with and from all that went wrong. I can only hope that she thinks of me in any other way then a bother to her. More

On September 18, 2013 I entered the Sherwood Park Toyota dealership very motivated to purchase a vehicle, due to the experience I had during the week prior attempting to deal with both Sherwood Park Ford an dealership very motivated to purchase a vehicle, due to the experience I had during the week prior attempting to deal with both Sherwood Park Ford and Sherwood Park Chevrolet. I had begun with some research on line pricing out several trucks from both dealerships, I received the standard reply e-mail basically stating when someone gets time they will respond to your inquiry. Three days had passed with no contact or e-mail from either dealership, so on the morning of the 18th I continued my search and a Tundra at Sherwood Park Toyota caught my eye. I tried my luck again, filled out the inquiry form and sent it off. Within 20 minutes I had received a response, and not an automated one, it was from Anya inviting me to come down to the dealership to take it for a test drive. By the time I got to the dealership she had it almost ready to roll, minutes later we were out on the highway, what an awesome truck. Back at the dealership the service she provided was outstanding, the most painless and efficient vehicle purchase I have ever made. She did a fantastic job of taking care of any request that I had. I was in my new Tundra that same afternoon. Coincidentally I received telephone calls from both Ford and Chevrolet that afternoon, I was delighted to tell them about my purchase of a new Toyota Tundra and the outstanding sales associate Anya that had promptly took the time to return my inquiry, earlier in the day.
