"Amazing customer service!!"

I used to take my car to Southtown Hyundai. But my engine light came on and Sherwood Hyundai was able to get me in sooner. I am glad I came here because the service was amazing! Glen was friendly, kind and really took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. They were quick and efficient! I'll be sure to book my next services at Sherwood Hyundai.

"Accommodated for service without scheduled appointment."

Was out of town and could not schedule an appointment for service due to mileage.stopped by Saturday morning, Was accommodated in a timely fashion. Was not going to be able to schedule service for several weeks. Vehicle was washed as required by service department. It was very dirty from highway trip.

"Amazing, guys really got me out of jam"

I will recommend Sherwood Park Hyundai to everyone and anyone, whether you are buying a Hyundai or not, these guys are the guys to see. I used to work with them and got to see how it’s done on the other side of the desk, no scams, no funny business, no manipulation. You are welcomed, treated with a mutual respect and will find anything they can to help you out. I came from having some severe bad credit issues, if it wasn’t for Shelley Dixon my product specialist, and Brad Slywka, Nora Yuen in the finance team, I would not be driving my amazing new car. I came in with a low expectation of vehicle understanding that I may not be approved, but these three outstanding professionals found the perfect car and got me an amazing approval. See these people, without a doubt.

Good experience with Service Advisor (Jan Richardson )and Service Manager (Peter Kosson) Discussed work to be done with Jan and she reviewed invoice with me when complete. Work was done when she said it would be. Reviewed a couple of issues with on invoice with Peter and am satisfied with everything Only concern I have with this dealership is the constant change in staff.
