As I'm a very busy individual the whole process from test drive to driving home that night took about 2.5 hours. My sales person was very kind and easy going. Which I what I really like. I don't like being pressured into buying something I'm not sure about. Everything was laidoing out very clear from every single department. (Sales - Financing). There was no hidden fees that I didn't understand and our finance guy worked his butt off to get me the best deal I was most comfortable with. Then when it came time to bring back my vehicle to get its little perks done to it. I was given a loaner car and the service department was very kind and patient with me, as I was in a rush that day to get back to my little town. Thank you Sherwood Nissian!! We will be back for our next vehicle purchase! More

However, the finance team could not cooperate much and they were pitching me the credit insurance product which i was not interested. When i asked them for complimentary winter floor mats they refused unfront which they usually give to their customers. I felt that refusing their credit insurance product was the reason behind this. Otherwise my overall experience was good with the sales team! More

Very pleased! We purchased our 2010 Murano in August 2016. Salesperson was Mark Jolivet - he was great (no pressure!). There were a couple small issues but Rick Hall made sure that they were corrected at no cost. When he was away, Chris S. approved another small repair. A little later I discovered the CD player did not work (which is a big issue for me). Mario Mancini ensured me that he wanted me to be satisfied, so he ordered me one and they installed it (again, at no charge). This meant a lot to me. It showed me that they weren't just concerned about the sale. It went beyond that - they truly wanted me to be happy. Special mention, also, to Service Advisor Merrick Green. Absolutely outstanding service from him - plus he's a super-nice guy! I am very pleased with my Murano and with Sherwood Nissan! I would not hesitate to purchase from this dealership again. More
