He did not try to rush and sales, or take advantage of them. He truly listens to the customer and looks out for their best interest. Even after the sale was made, he was still extremely respectful and provided great service. After everything was complete, we wanted to add a bug deflector and he paid for installation (the sale was done, he didn't have to do that, but he did so anyways).
