Lincoln Seems they have their own agenda when you buy a vehicle.. They tell you when you can have it not when you need or want it .. Service centre I was well taken care of at my past dealerships but when i decided to try a Ford rather than GM car, I have been nothing but dissappointed. I am a bu I was well taken care of at my past dealerships but when i decided to try a Ford rather than GM car, I have been nothing but dissappointed. I am a busy person and don't get a lot of time to sit around in car dealerships. These people have attitudes and it is poorly managed. I once took my car inand they took pictures of a part that was needed and ordered it and called me and tild me it was in so i took a day off work to go to them and have it installed,(because they have very limited evening hours, which is also very different than GM dealerships, who are open when you need them) and i sat in the waiting roim for forty minutes and then they came out and said they didnt recieve the part in and it couldnt be installed! Talk about incompetence, shouldn't a company check to make sure everything that they need for the next days appointments are in the day before and at least have some respect for thier customers time? I list a days pay and still didnt get my car fixed!! Every appointment I have been to at this dealership had something go wrong, they also fixed a key fob for me and NEVER called me when it was ready, I had to follow up and say it had been too long of a time. Very poorly managed and then attitude when you call them on it. More
