I had an unfortunate scrape on the side of my car. The job was done to perfection and the paint matching was stunning. I couldn't be happier! They also buffed out a few small marks and made the car look like new! Very unprofessional, and very disappointing. Customer service was unacceptable. I was told that the car was not modified , but that was a big lie. I requested to put the car on the lift so I can Customer service was unacceptable. I was told that the car was not modified , but that was a big lie. I requested to put the car on the lift so I can do an inspection underneath ,and that’s when I realized that the car had been modified. By that time I had already put a deposit to buy the car. Two of their mechanics informed me that some of the gaskets needed to be replaced for safety. When I confronted the service manager about the modifications, and to also replace the gaskets for me before I pick up the car, he tried to tell me that it’s a modified exhaust and they’re not sure if they can find the exact gaskets. That was a red flag number 1 . I also requested if I can take it to Subaru as a third-party inspection hoping to get an extended warranty, and my salesman told me that the general manager told him that I wasn’t allowed to. That was a red flag number 2 for me. To top it off ,when I confronted the general manager about them being shady, and why all the lies, instead of him taking accountability for the incompetence of his salesman ,he sold the car to someone else before I even got my deposit back. They’re super nice to you trying to convince you to buy a car but if you challenge them in anyway , that politeness goes out the window. Everyone please be careful when buying a used vehicle. Always request a third-party inspection. It’s your right as a consumer. Get an extended warranty if you can . In my opinion, they’re very shady . It was definitely an unpleasant experience. Definitely would not be going there again. More
