My daughter, Amanda and her boy friend, Denis, who had just recently moved out on their own and still adjusting to life on their own, were suddenly faced with the concept of purchasing a car which was well beyond their imagination. My wife, Helen contacted James, explained the situation and then I followed up with him from Kingston, ON. Between the two of us and the remainder of Ron Hodgson Staff we came up with in my option an outstanding deal, however, as much as I negotiated it and explained it to Amanda, it was James' patience that allowed my daughter and boy friend to feel comfortable enough to complete the deal. His patience were definitely tested between updating me in Kingston, ON and negotiating and explaining things to Amanda and Denis back in St Albert. As a father, it was one of my nightmares of not being able to be there for my daughter in what is one of the big steps in a young persons life, but James came through for me and for that I am very grateful and look forward to meeting him personally when I return to see my family for awhile at Christmas. Called Ron to inquire about a certain Cadillac model although he is a Chev/Buick dealer. Dwayne was very knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction as to which vehicle would best suit our son for his business. He accepted our son's offer which was great as well.
