What a great guy! He wanted to sell us a car, and we wanted to buy one from him! His customer service is second to none and I honestly feel that he cares about his clients. Working with Darren and Kyle at the dealership and via cell and email was awesome, they new my schedule was extremely busy, worked with me in the manner that worked best for me and made the whole process from start through delivery of the vehicle very enjoyable (and I don't enjoy the car buying process). I also dealt with Elliot and Cristele in financing and they were fantastic, Cristele even personally delivered some needed paperwork to me at the insurance agency when it was realized I had one document that was incorrect. That was awesome! I can say that the staff at River City Ford made this experience really easy and convenient for me. More

Great dealership experience! When my truck was written off I knew I wanted a similar truck as what I had. I went to Rivercity Ford as I've always had great experiences in the past When my truck was written off I knew I wanted a similar truck as what I had. I went to Rivercity Ford as I've always had great experiences in the past with Ken in the body shop and service department. My salesman, Tom Lliopolous, was great. He showed me some new trucks but I really wanted a long box with tow mirrors. After coming back from a road test with a new F150 Tom had found the truck I had been looking for, Tom got the truck delivered from Carmen Ford to Rivercity ford the next day so I could have a look at it. Just like Tom promised the truck was in the next day and it's exactly what I wanted but no heated seats, Tom says if you want heated seats I'll throw them in with the deal. Tom came through again and I had a chat with Tim Stade from the service department, we talked about installing the heated seats and he asked where I'd like the switches, he recommended installing them in the dash and he assured me it would look factory. Jordan from the service department installed them the next day and they work great and the switches look like they were put there from the factory. I couldn't be more happy with deal and everything they said and promised was exactly what happened. I had a great chat with the finance manager Cristele, no pressure and the deal was seamless. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this dealership. A true flagship for professionalism. More

Listening I visited the dealership for two reasons. I knew they had a one of two trucks in western Canada i was interested in and i was within a year of being r I visited the dealership for two reasons. I knew they had a one of two trucks in western Canada i was interested in and i was within a year of being ready to purchase a vehicle. My situation was short on time and price sensitive which was openly comunicated. After being shown one other truck i go to see the one of interest. Walked away frustrated and have lost ~4hrs of an afternoon. 2 weeks later recieved an email asking about the visit. Within 24hrs of a response I recieved a phone call and 72hrs later finalized a deal. The staff was freindly but not overly knowledgeable about the truck i was interested in. The truck was sent to me without a spare tire and no tow mirrors. Overall the price was fair in my opinion but the time it took to negotiate was drawn out. More

I did feel rushed to make a decision at times and believe with a little more time we could have reached a better deal for everyone involved (ie accessories, options) Sayed is a very friendly person and has done well to follow up "after the sale" to ensure my satisfaction. Jennifer in finance was very helpful and friendly and made the lease procedure very quick and painless. My biggest concern regarded "dealer installed options" some of these I didn't want and had them removed. After I did fine some caps and plugs to be missing (Fir-tree plugs for trim etc) Overall a good experience and I would certainly deal with them again and with some of the things I have learned hopefully the next time will be excellent. More
