I called the dealership regarding purchasing and installing all season tires, I had received a quote from a competitor but heard about their price match guarantee. I spoke with their parts departme installing all season tires, I had received a quote from a competitor but heard about their price match guarantee. I spoke with their parts department this morning and was told they can’t match that. The difference is about $116. So they lost $1200 in business and any future business because of that. Furthermore I contacted Toyota head office regarding their misleading and fraudulent ads. More

They'll offer a "free" rental, for which you'll of course have to pay and they won't bother reimbursing or really responding to you.
