Ben was very good at the negotiation process when we finally decided to purchase the Subaru and was impressively agile with the pricing of various scenerios and financing approaches. The Dealership Manager, and financial/service staff that we were introduced to and dealt with during our purchase were all knowledgeable, likeable and efficient. My first visit to the dealership was to ask about whether they had the vehicles I was interested in on the lot. I was interested in seeing whether there was sufficient space and versatility that met my need they had the vehicles I was interested in on the lot. Alex was extremely helpful as he guided me to the lot and showed me the vehicles so that I could compare side-to-side. He allowed me to assess the vehicles without pressure and answered all of my questions. He was also very knowledgeable of the vehicles. I asked whether there was one to test drive and he kindly explained I would need to make an appointment. I showed up at my appointment and he did a vehicle walk-around explaining the features of the vehicle. When we went on the test drive, he allowed me to experience various conditions to get an informative assessment of the vehicle's features and performance. After the test drive, he was not pressuring me to purchase and continued to be friendly and answer all of my questions. I then came back to the dealership to make a deal for the purchase of the vehicle. I decided to come back to this dealership because of the rapport Alex was able to build with me. I also brought others to purchase vehicles. The purchasing experience was good; however, I was disappointed that upper management did not make an effort to meet me and thank me for my business (especially when I brought others to purchase). Although I did not include the accessory in the deal, I was disappointed that the dealership did not grant my request for a free accessory considering the purchasing day ended in more than $150,000 in vehicles purchased. This small gesture was insignificant compared to the overall business, but would have highlighted the overall experience. More
