From first greeting to pick up, everyone I spoke to was very accommodating and really looked like they enjoyed working for the dealership. Here is what really set the Richmond Hill Honda apart! Even though I was 15 minutes late the service adviser took my car right in for service and I was given the same time for pick up as originally promised. To kill some time I took out a used car out for test drive to potentially purchase for my mother. During the drive we encountered rain and I had left my sunroof open back at the dealership lot. I had felt for sure the car would be soaked and hurried back to get my keys not knowing that a sharp eyed employee saw what I had done and had gone out to close the sunroof; this is above and beyond service! To top it all off the service adviser saw I had purchased wiper blades and asked if he wanted his mechanic to install them while he worked on the airbag, although I declined, it was an extremely nice gesture. The car was done 30 minutes early and brought right out front to me with a smile and a handshake! I went back a few days later to pay for and pick up the used car I drove and the sales department led by Lewis Mui is just as professional. My sales consultant was Kim Tin and she was low pressure and very competent. Finally Justin Chan handled the business end of the deal by being extremely friendly and explaining all of the fine print, I knew all of the details of the transaction BEFORE signing off. I am completely satisfied with the sales & service I received that day and will be singing the praises of your dealership to my fellow employees in my office. My business will solely remain with Richmond Hill Honda based on my last experience. More

I am the Honda guy and my 2017 civic was my 5th cars from Honda, i never have any problem from markham Honda but because i move to thornhill area, i have no choice to charge my services centre to Richmondhill Honda. this was a horrible experience with their services dept.. why i still writing ..about how bad service they are because they should not be treat customers like that way. DO NOT GO THEIR TO PURCHASE ANYTHING OR TRY THEIR SERVICES DEPARTMENT !!!!! More

Bad serviced damage my new car This is my first time to try this Richmond hill Honda services department it's make me almost heart attack..why ! I made an appointment at 5.45 pm today , for checking the alignments issues of my 2017 Honda civic which i purchase from them three weeks ago. . so they park my car to their services departnment and i am starting to explain what's happening of my car. After they gave me a services number and ask me to waiting in the customer section. almost one hours later i have no idea what is going on ..noone mention to me what's happening of my car ? So I went to the services desk and ask one of their services guy..he said their is no work order for my car..i told then I had a services work number 911. They said they had no record about my car job. It's was almost 7.15pm and they close at 8pm..they can't promise me they can finish my job. I was wasting my time for do nothing ..they also said for inspection charge is $ 95 dollar. if they find out have any othet issues of my car their will be extra charge. But I have to pay first and they are not promise to fix it on time. Why should I pay for something I don't really known what is it ? Finally I decided forget about it. I want my car back . After 25 mins later I got my car back but inside my driver side door panel had some shoes marks and starches . my driver side from door have a 4 " long door dent ! Now I am so angry and I will complain to Honda Canada about such a horrible experience of Honda services. do not go to this Richmond hill Honda to purchase anything or services your car their ! .its sucks. Kim showed us how to work all the special feature, gave us her cell number and said she would always be there to support us at ANYTIME and with anything! She really knows her stuff, is extremely pleasant and patient. Lewis as always, supported us along the way and checked in to make sure we were all good. Justin took great care of us with regard to financing and ensured all of our questions were answered. Very informative but not pushy... But ofcourse getting the car i want as well. The deal was done in 1.5 hours thats it thats all. Quickly getting appraisal on the trade in vehicle and financing for the new vehicle.
