I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander phev that would not hold or take a charge. For the first three months my car was in and out of the shop. Really bad experience with this place. Clay was my salesman and he was not organized when we arrived, lots of standing around. We asked if "ALL PAPERS WERE SIGNED" They said "YES" but weeks later got a bunch of papers in the mail they forgot to have us sign and we had to run around getting things notarized. They promised a second key & still hasn't delivered it. Tires for AWD car had significant issues, 2 tires matched, 2 didn't the gaps in tread depth was a concern to the AWD system. Lastly we bought this in Aug 2023 and the oil change sticker on car read Nov 2022. They ran it through an oil change then complained about me being difficult. Just overall poor experience. More
