went in for service, ended up with new RVR! took my RVR in for service a few months ago. As I was sitting and patiently waiting I was approached by Kyle. Thought it was really nice that he too took my RVR in for service a few months ago. As I was sitting and patiently waiting I was approached by Kyle. Thought it was really nice that he took the time to chat. As our conversation went on about some of the issues with my RVR (did I say how much I love it) I was getting frustrated. Kyle stepped in and made me so comfortable that I ended up trading my old one in for a new one! He took the time to listen to my needs and come through with exactly what I wanted. Multiple issues they refused to fix or told us there was nothing wrong and every time put our family's lives at risk!!! Their service department should be shut down for their lack of due diligence!
