On Monday 11th March 2024 I went into the Precision Honda dealership and was greeted by a salesperson named Taruna Raheja and I had been very much honest and open that right now I can't buy any vehicle becau dealership and was greeted by a salesperson named Taruna Raheja and I had been very much honest and open that right now I can't buy any vehicle because I don't have the funds or money; and I came in only for the test drive. Taruna Ji asked me "Which car are you looking to test drive?" I told her I wanted to test drive a Honda CRV (CR-V) Touring Hybrid top end variant. After a few minutes I went to test drive my favourite SUV and what a fabulous feeling it was I had smile throughout the test drive though I wanted a little longer test drive but I am pretty happy and satisfied. I am going to give them my business when I have money to buy the vehicle that I want. What surprised me is that if a person with whom you have an appointment is busy and unable to attend, they reassign other staff member to attend to you without wasting anybody's time. I have had a positive experience and Inshallah (God Willing) will return again to test drive a Honda Pilot SUV. This test drive was a birthday gift to myself and I enjoyed driving it (CRV) Thank you Chantal and Taruna Ji More
Was informed by service advisor Jimmy Mina’s, I needed to replace my l/f wheel bearing at a cost of $726.25. Mechanic had told Jimmy noise was quite loud. As I had not noticed any such noise I took my car replace my l/f wheel bearing at a cost of $726.25. Mechanic had told Jimmy noise was quite loud. As I had not noticed any such noise I took my car to another mechanic who said he needed a stethoscope to hear any noise from my l/f wheel bearing. Complained to Honda who had an office person drive with me to hear any noise. He could not. No apology and no attempt made to keep me a satisfied customer by Precision Honda. Needless to say I service my Honda elsewhere. More

Oversold a 2020 vehicle to two senior citizens who do not even own computers at home. I will now be selling the vehicle because my mother died June 13, 2023. All they think about is money... They should be all ashamed of themselves. I can't figure out this vehicle and I own 2 computers , a table and yes a smart phone....!! Service advisors studiously ignore you while you wait - the only customer in the room. Bad service attitude in the service Center - doesn’t take much to acknowledge a customer, greet them and say some the only customer in the room. It's not my job. I'll transfer you". And actually, sorry 5 times I called, and every time I got transferred to voicemail. They are only helpful when taking thousands of dollars when you are buying a car from them. Never going to Honda again. And to think I was actually willing without cohersion from a salesperson to buy an extended warranty on my own. Found one I wanted but couldn't find it on their website and all I wanted was some information on it. Just voicemails, that's all Honda has to offer post-purchase. More
Today it was a very poor experience at Precision Honda. I had an appointment for type A1 mainenance and winter tires swap for my CRV. After 90 minutes wait, I checked at the desk to find that my car is still un touched, and needs another hour of waiting. No update was made to inform me about the delay. When I asked the guy why it's taking too long when I have an appointment. The dull answer was "all customers here have appointments". Why Precision Honda overbook themselves? Why I was left with no update on my waiting time? Why Precision Honda is careless about our time? When I told him I don't have time for waiting, he gave me my keys with no apology. I took my car unservices,. I will never go back to this place again. More
