Was informed by service advisor Jimmy Mihas, I needed to replace my l/f wheel bearing at a cost of $726.25. Mechanic had told Jimmy, noise was quite loud. As I had not noticed any noise, I took my car to another mechanic who said, he needed a stethoscope to hear any noise coming from my l/f wheel bearing. Complained to dealership who had an office person drive my car to hear any noise. He could not. No apology and no attempt made to keep me a satisfied customer by Precision Honda. Needless to say I service my Honda elsewhere.
