It great to find a dealership that makes you feel welcome as soon as you come in throught the door. Service so far for my family has always been whats best for the customer, and not for the dealership. My as soon as you come in throught the door. No grease or stains on the vehicle due to service. Bill Palmer went that extra mile to find the exact Terrain I was looking for. I saw the ad for $1000 off the Chev Cruze for April 18, 19, 20th. My husband went over and talked to Tyler about the Cruze, got a quote from him and showed it to me when I came home from work. My husband and I went back to talk to Tyler and also take the car for a test drive. While on the test drive any question that I asked Tyler, he answered fully and if I did not understand something he went over it until I did understand. I really enjoyed dealing with Tyler. I LOVE MY NEW CRUZE-although I should have gotten cruise control on it. I would recommend Tyler and Queenston on the Mountain to anybody who is looking to buy a car. I am impressed with the "friendly" environment at Queenston on the Mountain. The service provided is professionalism at its' best. I have purchased over 20 new and used cars in the past and this is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. All the employees are very friendly and helpful and made me feel like they appreciated havi and this is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. All the employees are very friendly and helpful and made me feel like they appreciated having me as a customer. The service department explains all the work needed on your car and gives you and estimate before the work is started. Any repairs I needed were done to my satisfaction and the car was returned clean. The sales department worked very hard to get me the best price on the car I purchased. I would not hesitate recommending Queenston On The Mountain to anyone wanting to purchase an automobile or needing service. Well I had this rattle in the right front end which I thought would never go away. When the car was returned to me I found that that rattle was gone but also the rear and front brakes did not squeak anym thought would never go away. When the car was returned to me I found that that rattle was gone but also the rear and front brakes did not squeak anymore. The pads or shoes must have been trimmed. Thank you very much for doing that now as I was going to get that done with my next oil change. See you then. More
