THIS DEALERSHIP IS VERY FARE I always use them for servicing the vehicle. On the last maintenance schedule the technician noticed the water pump was leaking and needed to be changed. I spoke to the s servicing the vehicle. On the last maintenance schedule the technician noticed the water pump was leaking and needed to be changed. I spoke to the service manager (Samson Lopez) and I explained that at 80,000 KM the water pump should not fail and this is very unusual. This is my fifth Acura product and never experienced this type of failure. They assured me they were going to take care of it and they just wanted to find root cause of the problem before making a decision. They came back and agree this was a premature failure and replaced the pump free of charge and also recommended to change timing belt and tensors since these three part are usually changed together around 150K schedule maintenance. I agree to pay for the additional parts. In summarizing I feel the dealership is very fair and Acura cares for customer satisfaction. Thank you Policaro. More

Took my brand new Acura RDX for a simple tire swap. After waiting for 2 hours my car wasn’t touched and I kept seeing other customers leaving before me with later appointments. Horrible customer service. We took our 2019 acura rdx to the dealership at least 5-6 times and the problem we were facing with the infotainment system was never fixed. We spoke over the phone with the gener the dealership at least 5-6 times and the problem we were facing with the infotainment system was never fixed. We spoke over the phone with the general manager who just took as an absolute joke. Completely unacceptable behaviour from this dealership. We were forced to continue to drive a problematic vehicle and continue to give the monthly payments without the problem being resolved. We are no experiencing problems with the parking sensors as well. The infotainment shuts off randomly and it is getting very frustrating. More
