I had to pleasure of dealing with Thomas while considering a Porsche certified Cayenne. No matter what question I had, Thomas knew the answer. My vehicles have also only ever been serviced by Pfaff, the service department being extremely competent, professional and friendly. The work completed is always fully explained, the vehicle returned on time (or is available early), and it has been washed. This dealership appears to be not just interested in your vehicle or taking your cash, they take an active interest in you, the result is that you feel that you become more than a customer or even a friend, you seem to become a part of the Pfaff family. Prior to visiting Pfaff, I enjoyed 3 years of trouble free, good service at another Porsche dealer. I never had an issue or a complaint. I switched to Pfaff when I moved back to Ontario. I asked them to replace a headlight bulb in my car and their estimate was $100 after they have finished their job , the cost came to be $400. They look very nice when they want to rip you off but after sales horrible experience. Thank god it was just a bulb!!!! More
