We have been treated very poorly at several of them by both the sales staff and even worse by the sales managers who have forgotten this is not a mans world anymore and the old school method of selling doesn’t cut it now. Needless to say I walked into this dealership with my guard up and prepared for more of the same high pressure, rude, dishonest and obnoxious behaviour we had been experiencing. I admit it was a bit of a rough start, mostly on my part, but in the end and seeing the level of quality and attention to detail they put into the Jeep we are very impressed. He treated us like we were friends coming to see vehicles, no high pressure tactics, not constantly bothersome via the phone, gave us all the time we needed to get a proper feel for the amazing new Chrysler Pacifica minivans including two lengthy test drives with and without our children, kept me abreast of possible used options coming into the showroom that might fit our needs...absolutely aces. Although we didn’t end up purchasing via Performance Chrysler, the service we received from Jason was so top notch that I felt compelled to write a 5-star review as I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone shopping for anything in the Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram line-up or if you see something in the used line-up. The service advisor, Rishi, was attentive to my requests and suggested I have always found the express service to be just that - quick and complete. The service advisor, Rishi, was attentive to my requests and suggested some of the scheduled procedures such as rotating the tires. I asked him not to and he accepted my wishes. He came back with a complete and easy to understand summary of what they had done, plus I found their prices to be inline. The car came back just as clean as it went in. Techs do not protect your seats from their filthy clothes. Have had my steering wheel full of grease after an oil change and greasy hand prints on my interior. When pointing out to advisor, he said it is policy to use seat protection but while sitting waiting for my vehicle and watching over 10 vehicles come and go, not one was used. Complained to owner via email and no response was received. Back again today and my appointment was at 2 and it was after 3 before they even started to look at. More

Lies and terrible service. This is not my first issue with Performance. Prior to buying my 2012 Fiat I was a loyal customer having bought multiple cars from them in the past. Since buying my 2012 Fiat: - Performance dented the side of my car then denied it. I had to fight to get them to repair it, ultimately the manager of one of their other locations helped me. They also gouged my dashboard to xxxx during that. - they won't tell me what happened, but there was a serious issue with a tire AFTER leaving a service appointment. Drove to Burlington and back immediately with the car violently shaking, it felt like the tire was going to fall off. As soon as I got back to the dealership the service manager pulled my car off the road. They never told me what they did but after that appointment I never paid for an oil change or wipers again. Whatever they were liable for was big. I followed up after that and never got anywhere. I was afraid to drive my car and the owner at the time, John Mann, told me I should buy a new car if I didn't feel safe... - MANY other issues. I have replaced all wheel bearings, bought 8 tires, and other issues. The car is only 4 years old. TODAY I had an appointment to have my door handle replaced (repeat issue). Maggie quoted me $80 for the handle and $55 for 30 minutes of work. I dropped my key off, Marty asked if I had been quoted. I told him the quote and he laughed. The part is actually $112 and the labour 100/hour, not to be finished in half an hour. After al the issues in the past week his is what finally made me snap. They are liars. I will never go back. Dave yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. More
