Timely on oil change, but I was in their 3 hours and they did not start on the update notice I received so they asked if I wanted a 2nd appt. I said I would see if I could do the update and it only took 15 m did not start on the update notice I received so they asked if I wanted a 2nd appt. I said I would see if I could do the update and it only took 15 minutes and was simple to do. Originally they thought I would need to have a dealer do the update, but obviously they were wrong on that issue. More
