While in for service I mentioned that my trailer brake warning came up the diagnosis was if it doesn’t come back don’t worry . Fault codes come up for very specific reasons and a trailer brake fault when towing my trailer if I was going downhill would quite likely lead to burning my brakes out or even crashing my truck and kissing my trailer good by . Don’t worry is not a good answer and I am justifiably angry over that answer. Their professionalism and customer service needs a great deal of improvement. When I picked up my new truck which I specified was for towing I realized that it was illegal to tow my trailer.
