I have been acquiring vehicles from Hallmark since 2002. Jeff Dobson has always come through for me, both for new vehicles and pre-owned. Financial services were fast and attentive. We bought our first Toyota (an Echo) from Jeff Dobson in 2001. We've since bought 5 vehicles, new and used, and would never consider purchasing or having the vehicles serviced anywhere else. The staff is always friendly, greet us by name and provide detailed estimates for repairs. There are never any surprises on the invoices when you come to pick the vehicle up. The service and repair work is always top notch and I can't remember even once having to take a vehicle back because something wasn't right. The cars are always clean and washed when we pick them up. The service staff recognizes that even regular services can be expensive and are always willing to make suggestions about waiting until the next service to have work done to help us spread the cost out. They have always managed to get the car in if and when we haven't had an appointment. The ONE time in 13 years of dealing with the service department when there was a grease stain on the inside door panel, Jamie immediately offered to make it right with a complimentary oil change on the next visit. Even though I've been a long time customer and purchased many vehicles from Hallmark, I truly believe that they treat all of their customers the same way as they treat me. I've seen them in action with other customers while I've been waiting to be served. There is an old saying in the car business. "The sales department will sell you your first car. The service department will sell you every car after that." There is no truer statement that describes Hallmark Toyota! More
My previous Toyota Rav 4 was 10 years old and I knew it was time to get a new vehicle. I shopped around this time and compared both Ford and Hyundai before deciding that I still preferred the Rav 4 over t was time to get a new vehicle. I met with Jeff and he arranged for me to test drive a new Rav so that I could compare it to my old one and make sure I liked it. A lot has changed!! Fortunately I liked all of the changes and met with Jeff again to start talking money. Both Jeff and Shannon were patient with me and went over all of my options. Buy, lease, 4 year, 5 year? In the end I was very satisfied with the agreement that we worked out. I found the staff all very friendly and in many ways I always feel 'at home' when I walk in to Hallmark Toyota. Two months ago I purchased a 2009 Venza from this dealership. Greg the Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and professional, yet still made me feel like I was part of his family. He understood my needs and went the extra mile to ensure my purchase experience went smoothly. Unfortunately, my driver side seat heater malfunctioned, as you can well imagine it's a nice luxury to have in the winter. I was extremely pleased that Tom in the Service Centre offered to share the expense of having if repaired. While I there they allowed me to use an empty office space, since I brought my laptop to work while I waited. Shannon the Finance Associate even assisted with a financial work question I wanted to run passed someone. How amazing it that for service. This is my second time going in for a service call; the first being an oil change. It's funny to say I really enjoyed visiting this dealership and seeing everyone. Not to mention the message chair . . . Love it!!! Thanks for making me feel valued and appreciated. Your customer service is top notch! More

I had an S.O.S. call regarding my Matrix. I called Jamie Manager of the Service Dept as soon as they opened. Jamie has been looking after us always with honesty and kindness since we moved to Orangeville in Manager of the Service Dept as soon as they opened. The dept was very busy and being the true professional that he is.......he looked after me himself and had my car fixed and ready to go within an hour with a very reasonable bill!!! I went to this dealer because they got good reviews, and I was out of market, however, even though I had pre-approval in hand, all the dealer did was look out the window to sell me what he had there. That night I found an Ontario wide Toyota website that listed all the used Tacomas over several dealers, meanwhile Jeff was "keeping a look out" for what I wanted. He could have directed me to the site, he could have invested more time, instead I tried Jackson Toyota in Barrie, and Tyson Dunlop not only answered my questions, but in the end made me so comfortable with my purchase I went from seeking a used vehicle to a new one. Plus I est. I saved 5-10k with accessories. In all it took three Toyota dealerships, I dont recall the first one, but was given short shrift twice, before being a happy consumer. Kinda peeved me off, in this day and age of the internet and websites, why bother if you are not going to provide top service just as you would for a walk on customer. More

Years ago, on his way back from a fishing trip, my father stopped in at Hallmark Toyota to take a look at some 4Runners. That was at some point in the late 90s. Since the first purchase my parents made there, our family (parents, sister and I) have purchased in excess of 10 vehicles from Hallmark Toyota. I don't think we're given any preferential treatment regarding prices and from what I've discerned in speaking to other Toyota owners, I'm paying what can pretty much be considered average. So I am often asked why it is that I go out of my way, drive 30 to 45 minutes to a different city (I live in Brampton) just to have the oil changed in my car... ...the answer is quite simple. When you get customer service THIS good, you have to go back. Hallmark Toyota's treatment of it's clientele, from window shopper to long term customer is like nothing I have ever seen before. I'm greeted with smiles from the staff that know me and those that don't. Every aspect of every transaction is done to my convenience and satisfaction. The actual service itself as well as the product are also fantastic - but if I was to say that I lease my vehicles and have them serviced at Hallmark Toyota because I'm loyal to the Toyota brand, I'd be an outright liar. I'm loyal to Hallmark Toyota because of their generous and courteous behaviour towards myself and my family. I make these statements with outright sincerity. To be fair, Toyota, as a manufacturer isn't even my first choice. The quality of the automobiles is great, but I have never been a huge fan of the design - but even then, I don't imagine I'd ever own anything other than a Toyota unless the management at Hallmark start selling another make. I've said it before and I'll say it again here; if I could bottle the unique brand of customer service that Hallmark Toyota has and force it onto any number of other places I am forced to deal with, I'd be a much happier man. Kudos, to Brent, Chris and the rest of the gang at Hallmark. Thank you guys for years of fantastic service. More
