I bough a Durango truck from this dealership a year ago, and the experience has been very satisfactory, my wife and I have been really impressed with follow ups and after sales service. recently brought an issue to the attention of Dave Pozzobon- who was on vacation at the time, and to my great surprise, he responded and promised to look into the issue for me; few days later he contacted me again and asked me to take my truck in for a fix that cost more than $400..at no cost to me! I have dealt with a few dealers in my time-individually and professionally, but I have to say this is a first! I am very appreciative to Mr. Dave Pozzobon and his team for this truly exceptional service. Sharing this experience with my colleagues and friends has definitely earned this dealership 7 stars. Service goes a long way on cold days! I was driving through Mississauga and my tire light came on and went to Ontario Chrysler. I didn't buy anything and they don't know me but they toppe I was driving through Mississauga and my tire light came on and went to Ontario Chrysler. Car fixed right! I took my car to a different chrysler previously, and they told me that there was not anything wrong with it...however I had a dashboard light come on I took my car to a different chrysler previously, and they told me that there was not anything wrong with it...however I had a dashboard light come on and it was making a clunking noise. Regardless, I took my business to Ontario and have been pleased with the result. I worked with Grant in that drivein place and he was exceptional. He seems to care about his customers and made sure that I was kept up to date about my car. Turns out that there was something wrong...maybe the other dealership didn't know how to fix it. BUT its fixed now, thank you Grant and Ontario. More
