The manager explained it was that price a month ago. I asked if that's the case why would you have the wrong price advertised a MONTH LATER in the vehicle window - she replied, sorry but under the advertised price if you read a very small print on the bottom of the page, you will see that that price is not necessarily the price and sorry but we can not give you the advertised price and if you do not want the vehicle for more, than we cannot help you. I will not look at another VW again - Bad taste that lasts! I was final stage of buying a new 2016 TDI Touareg (in 2018) off hold. The price was agreed. $68K cash deal. The tires had flat spots (drove rough) and the rotors were rusted inside (vented). I asked Andrew to replace tires and rotors (VW would cover, not dealer) iif safety says the rotors then they would. I went for one final look and the the senior age sales guys comes out and says "why would we replace them" - Next i get an email saying its sold and smug comment with "rotors will be replaced" **Then didnt safety ahead of his smug comment, just said it to be like that! Not to mention it took a long time for them to get back to you and often on many occasions NEVER CALLED ME BACK. i will never look at VW again. I went to BMW budds and they were so nice and got back within hours of emails / calls.. (not days) GOOD BYE VW!!! More

Was more or less talked out of a Volkswagen and encouraged to go elsewhere. Was the salesman too lazy to get the model we wanted from the back lot? I’m thinking so. Won’t be back. More
No after sale responce Bought a used Jetta was shown the clean carfax made the deal. When picked up the car finance rate had been changed from 2.5 to 4.0 without my ok. Wh Bought a used Jetta was shown the clean carfax made the deal. When picked up the car finance rate had been changed from 2.5 to 4.0 without my ok. When going through the car I found alot of paperwork from the previous owner 1 being a repair bill for a front end collision. When I contacted them to do right and asked about compensation on my end and offered them things I would except it came down to winter tires now over a month later and numerous phone calls they want me to pay 1/2 so them ripping people off isn't worth much. Stay away from this dealership More
A great place to get ripped off , if you are not car savvy Basically, a very dishonest sales techique. Getting your signature at any cost. Selling vehicles they don't have , cheat on the contacts. Went in to look at getting my girlfriend out of her a4 and into an atlas. We waiting in the showroom for ten minutes and no one even acknowledged us. We then went to look at one ourselves came back to the showroom and still no one even looked or said hello to us. We are going to the Hamilton dealership where they may care about their customers. Waste of time going in. More
your customers are not given the customer care they deserve On September 5th, I spent almost $700 for 125 Km service; On Friday September 8th the engine light came on, I went back to service department on Satu On September 5th, I spent almost $700 for 125 Km service; On Friday September 8th the engine light came on, I went back to service department on Saturday they did not have time to deal with it, i went back on Monday, 11th to ask what could have happened and to know if they had run a computer scan for the engine. The answer was yes we did and the result was OK, if there was any problem they would have reported right away. I asked them if they can run the computer check again they said yes we can do it but there is a charge for it which is about $110. I said I paid almost $700, 3 days ago and you said you didn't see anything wrong and now the light is on and you are going to charge me again for the service supposed to be done in the first place. Service manager answered unfortunately these things like slot machine when you start putting money in, it takes until you win. I am sorry but I am not a gambler and I took the car another mechanic , checked the engine free of charge and right away the result came as the cylinder one misfiring, the reason would be either sparkplugs or the ignition coil. The cost of fixing it including the parts is about $100 and this problem was there for a long time if they had run a test it was almost impossible not to seeing it. Please be alert, demand a good service and avoid misleading advice. More
Sexism and Customer Abuse Oakville Volkswagen enables its male staff (from sales reps to financial services managers and service coordinators) to prey on female customers of in Oakville Volkswagen enables its male staff (from sales reps to financial services managers and service coordinators) to prey on female customers of interest. These individuals will use a customer's personal information obtained for business purposes only to later engage in a conversation of a personal nature. They may also extort a 'date' from a customer by claiming that they take all their customers out to dinner while this is not true - their only intent is to engage with a female of interest on a personal basis. So far I have been taken on this type of 'date' without my consent and pursued by several other employees of this dealership, and Oakville Volkswagen has not even apologized for this highly offensive and abusive behaviour. Ladies, if you wish to be treated like dirt and a piece of meat, just go to Oakville Volkswagen. These sexual predators will make your experience unforgettable. And... this is allowed in Canada?? After numerous poor service experi Consistently some of the worst service experiences. Sloppy work, lack of in-stock parts, terrible customer service. After numerous poor service experiences my wife wouldn't go back. The final straw was when they kept her waiting for 1 and 1/2 hours (she had an appointment) only to discover her car wasn't even in the service bay yet. No one even told her there about a delay even though she was sitting meters from the service desk. On another occasion they returned the car to us after a winter tire change with the tires underinflated (the warning sign was flashing on the dash!). We gave up on warranty work after they were unable to fix the horn or the heated steering wheel or the sunroof. They never seem to have parts in stock and consistently had to order parts which take forever to arrive and necessitate second or third appointments. They just seem overwhelmed at the service desk. When the time came to trade in my wife's car she refused to get another Volkswagen because of the repeated bad service experiences at Oakville Volkswagen. Huge contrast to the service we get from Oakville Honda which so far has been great. I have pretty good experiences with a number of other Oakville dealers as well including Infiniti and Mercedes. I would never recommend this dealership. I would like to buy another Volkswagen but it won't be from here. More
