I just got my Honda CR-V. This is the second Honda CR-V I bought from this dealership. This time Mr. John Haralambakos handles the sale. It was a very pleasant experience. My car is under warranty and a ratting sound was coming from sub-woofers whenever any bass heavy music was played at 20+ music level (volume goes from 0-40). I had to take my car in 3 times and they sti from sub-woofers whenever any bass heavy music was played at 20+ music level (volume goes from 0-40). I had to take my car in 3 times and they still were not able to fix the issue. Every time they stuff some foam somewhere near the sub-woofer which did nothing to resolve the issue. They wouldn't replace the sub-woofer or the tray that it sits on under warranty. Eventually they showed me another car at the dealership of the same model which had same issue and told me it was normal to hear rattling sounds from sub-woofers because of how Honda made that car model. They gave up and told me to contact an AFTERMARKET 3rd party sound system shop and pay out of my pocket if I want my car fixed, which is still under warranty. In the end, I had to contact Honda customer service and their mediation department, they told me to take a hike because I am expecting too much from a $50000 (after taxes) car's audio system and it is normal for Honda sound systems to make rattling noises. :) The customer service and communication at the dealership was top notch but unfortunately I can't say the same for service levels since I had to go there multiple times and they still couldn't fix the issue. I would not trust the technicians at this dealership with any repairs or diagnostics. If a technician can't figure out why a sub-woofer is rattling, I don't believe they can diagnose any other complex problems. More

Don't buy extended warranty. I bought my new Honda Civic 2019. The salesperson was ok, but the person selling the extended warranty was like a scammer. He told me if I wanted to b I bought my new Honda Civic 2019. The salesperson was ok, but the person selling the extended warranty was like a scammer. He told me if I wanted to buy the extended warranty, I had to buy on the day I purchased the car. I chose a 4 year extended warranty; he intentionally did not tell me the coverage would start from the day I got the new car. A new car already comes with 3 years warranty, so basically I would only get 1-year extra warranty with a price for 4 years. Fortunately, I checked the internet and discover the trick the next day. When I called to cancel the warranty, he told me it was already submitted and could not be canceled. I said I did not even get my car yet at this time, I would not even buy the car if you don't cancel the extended warranty, then he canceled it. However, I still got tricked into buying another unnecessary item---security package(not sure if this is the right name), he said almost everyone bought it; if my car was stolen, I would get $5000 in addition to my regular car insurance. I ended up having to pay about $450 extra for it in 4 years lease. What a scammer!!! More
