There is no hope to have this run any better because it starts at the top. Their senior staff - Khaled in particular - has a temper and no ethics, the owner - Justin - is MIA and is unreachable. This is what you will deal with if you have a problem. These people think that the parts shortage would last a life time. In reality, they will be back to their usual begging practices within a year, where the supply and demand will no longer be on their side. Please do your research. Not all dealerships are like that. Some manage to remain professional even at times like this when they can make some extra money, because they focus on building long-term relationships. More
