The worst dealership experience - i bought a Kia forte and my sales person was Hou- I didn’t get a second set of keys for the car, he simply told me the car didn’t come with one. Nor was i given a spare t and my sales person was Hou- I didn’t get a second set of keys for the car, he simply told me the car didn’t come with one. Nor was i given a spare tyre. This was my first time purchasing a car and I didn’t know the things to ask for and this dealership completely took advantage of my situation. I would say don’t go to this dealership if you don’t know a lot about cars because the salespeople aren’t trying to help. I personally will never return to this dealership again. More

We ordered a 2022 Hybrid Elantra in April. Was able to pick up in August 2022. Our sales contact was Alex Van Gulik. He was most pleasant and very patient with all our questions.
