They also gave back 30 minutes that were missing after upgrade and switched my plan back to a yearly rate. I called and spoke with Dan Welten and he treated me with respect and I found him very easy to converse with. I told him I needed time to think on it and he called me next day and we chatted casually again. No pressure, no sales jargon and gave me space. I followed up my other leads and decided on going with this particular vehicle. Dan went to work for me and secured my deal for the money I had to spend. They met my every concern with genuine interest and follow up. The truck was fueled up, shined up (detailed very well), started up and ready for the test drive when I pulled onto the lot. The finance dept also treated me like royalty, despite being 4 pm on a Friday! I seriously can't fault them! This in complete contrast to another dealership closer to my home that didn't have the time of day for me. So whoever is in management at this dealership, I applaud you. Keep up the good work. More
